I have been using Dearden Motorcycles for around 6 years now for all of my motorcycle servicing, M.O.T'S and general repairs and have always received outstanding service from all members of staff (extra credit to Dave and Adrian) in the parts department. They are friendly, knowledgeable, great communication whilst work is being done, high standard of work and also a great selection of clothing a bikes to look at whilst I'm there.

Absolute first rate service. Always friendly and helpful. Just had a major issue with my bike and even though I didn’t buy it through them they treated my exceptionally. Firstly they were able to fit me in the next day after I had the the problem and I was able to take it straight down to them. What I thought would take ages to fix was done within a matter of hours. Before that they had even offered me a demo bike to use whilst mine was in the garage, again even though I hadn’t bought my bike through them. Owned a lot of bikes through the years but have never had such good service. Fully recommend this garage to anyone.

Just bought a brand new Moto Guzzi V85 TT from here. I started my love affair with motorbikes when I was a kid and I'm still in love with them 45 years later so I've bought quite a few in my time. The buying experience from Dearden's was by far & away the best I've ever had right from the off when with less than 24hrs notice I called and requested to test the two bikes I had narrowed it down to with my friend. The next day we duly arrived and the bikes were ready and waiting for us so, after a brief form to fill we were off. An hour and a half later we returned with my mind made up. It just got better & better from there as I phoned Monday to order my new bike with a list of bits and bobs required in addition like engine bars, centre stand, front guard etc. They came back with prices Wednesday and I sent my deposit and the deal was done. Can I have it the day after tomorrow please? No problem, phone call at 9.00am Friday, you motorcycle is ready for collection Mr Bignell. A total all round amazing experience from this dealer and I would most certainly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Even if you have to travel a bit it will be well worth it. They have a complete "can do" attitude and nothing is too much trouble for them with Julie even calling from her personal mobile, on her day off, to update me. Thoroughly happy with them! Extra Note: I returned the bike a few weeks later for it's first service, when I arrived I was greeted with a coffee and a loan bike which I used to explore the beautiful new forest and upon returning 4 hours later the bike was all serviced and sparkling clean. 10/10 Dearden you are a cut above the rest...

I had a rear tire puncture close to the shop and had to put a new one on quickly and get home as had to go to work. They did it quickly and for a good price. Very nice and helpful people there, should mention Jim (if I remember well his name) here as he talked with us a lot about which gloves, boots and jacket should we choose. Very helpful staff. I arranged a test ride for 12.30 but got held up monumentally in traffic, arriving after 1.00. This was no problem and was asked to pop some fuel in the bike as it was low and let them have the receipt. They were also happy if i used it all up too :)

My Brother in law and I took a trip down to try and get a look at the new Tuono factories as we are both keen to get one each. I must say, how friendly and utterly accomodating they all were! They made us very welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them. We shall both definitely revisit and book test rides. Greatfull they gave us the time. Recommend

Dealt with Fiona over the purchase of my new Vespa. We negotiated a fair deal over the bike compared to what was available on line but I was very happy to deal with a real person locally in the end. She was helpful, informative by phone and email and made the whole thing a pleasure. The staff in the dealership were also friendly and polite. Dealt with Adrian. I can say that being a mechanic in my own right I would never usually take my motorcycle to a main dealer but time was just not on my side as work commitments were pushing my time limits further away and my new workshop had not even been completed yet. Adrian was not only a good person to deal with, he was also very accomodating. Being that I was going to Singapore to effect some mecahnical repairs to a ship I would be out of the country for 3 weeks. No problem, I just took the bike in and tehy worked on it and kept it there for when I returned. I was updated by email all the time and just contacted them for collection on my return. Work was excellent and the results are great. I would highly recomend Deardens.

Just bought my new bike from these guys. I found their customer care second to none. Great p x deal on a new FJR1300. I turned up to collect and was warmly welcomed. Kevin spent over an hour removing my stubborn Sat nav mount from my old bike and installing it on the new. This required real work and some fabrication. He even had to go out and borrow special wrench from another engineer to do it. Charged not a bean. Instead I got to sit and drink hot choc with lovely Letitia from sales or chat to other customers. During the pdi a dent was found in an exhaust can. I thought, oh here we go. No, none of that. The heroic Kevin stepped straight in and dismantled another bike in the showroom to replace the part then and there. Once all was in order I went out into what was a truly torrential all day downpour! Later that evening I got a call from them just to make sure I had gotten home safely and was happy with the new bike. Thanks guys.as promised, I'll see you in a few weeks for the first service. Buy with confidence. They really know their yams.

I have just had my fzs1000 serviced by Dearden Motorcycles, It was was collected the previous evening by the manager and returned the next night. The bike runs much more smoothly and it was even cleaned at no extra cost!.
