Those guys rock! was very happy when they took my money. One of them will get the joke. The welcoming and allowed space at arrival, when browse in the store, was very nice. The atmosphere and overall the attitude had made me a customer. I entered with the only purpose to see what I can buy with my budget but changed the plans when I saw the airbag west and how it was presented to me. The protection etc. My next visit will be next year , thank you guys, and have a good week !

I was disappointed that although the chain advertise the range of clothing I wanted to buy this branch didn't stock it. That being said it was clean, tidy, and well stocked. What can i say.. Everytime I go into shop i always manage to buy something!! I managed to get hold of a Halverson jacket (well they had it sent over from another store for me) i got it on Friday and wore it Saturday, it was a pretty cold day.. Wow what a coat!!! i have to say ive got a Rukka coat as well but the Halverson one is much better, warmer, lighter, doesn't feel like cardboard and is about £350 cheaper!! My favourite shop.... 👍

Went in to buy a phone mount, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Bought one, but the fitting didn't work on my bike, I took it back and they were more than happy for the return and swap for a fitting that did fit. I have bought a helmet camera from here and more recently the mic for the camera. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

For a long time I was really struggling to find what I wanted and no one could help me and I visited so many motorcycle shops and started to get fed up. I visited the Southampton store several times looking for my first one piece suit and the service was just impeccable, they managed to find me the suit I wanted (limited edition) with ease and the perfect fit. Bought my biker-chick girlfriend a pair of casual-looking boots from this shop as a Xmas present. She also bought her helmet from here too and said she was impressed with the service and helpfulness of the staff. This was true on my visit too. Helped me pick out a good boot and showed me other options too without being too pushy which I appreciated. They didn't have the right size for the one I liked so they ordered it and arranged to have it delivered to my work. Arrived early. Overall very happy, especially for one who is not a biker man at all! Felt very at ease! As weird as that may sound. =)

I went in looking for a new bit of kit, as the old leathers were a little worn. I was greeted with very nice customer service straight away, and then pointed me in the right direction. After a little browsing I thought I found the right kit, but I wanted it in blue, and funny enough they had one left :). After that I was after a lid, I've always went for the cheap, and the friendly staff told me the difference, and I chose a nice scorpion in the end, (my own choice, no pushing like a few other stores that I have been to in the past). Away long story short, I came out happier that I thought I would and no regrets since. Really recommend !

These guys know everything about bikes. Great selection of clothes and safety gear. Everything from face masks right upto to full race gear. Good selection of cheap and cheerful helmets right up to full carbon fibre weigh nothing protect everything helmets. Highly highly recommended to go there. The guys at the shop are so helpful and will always be happy to answer any of your questions.

Good shop, huge range of biking products. Bought a new helmet, some gloves and some boots from Infinity and they're all spot on. The thing I really like about this place is that the staff are obviously really into bikes too - they aren't just shop workers. And if they recommend something that you can't afford you can just be honest and they'll let you browse the more budget priced stuff. They have a loyalty scheme which gives you vouchers for discounts if you spend a certain amount of money and the only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that I never received a voucher after spending the right amount of money. Not that it detracts from the service in store.

I arrived near closing time because of when I left work, they stayed open for me, with no pressure to buy (I did spend nearly £300 in the end) and they couldn't have been more helpful. They pictures don't do the place justice, the shop is much bigger than it looks and has a cracking range of gear. First class friendly service and i would consider making this my first stop for rider equipment even though I live about 100 miles away.

A neat place to purchase motorcycle clothing, accessories and even some of the more specialised items for your time on two wheels (three or four if you have a trike or quad) such as GPS, comms, travel kits, panniers and a whole bunch more stuff! Personally we purchased two helmets from here recently, and whilst they didn't have the colour we wanted in stock (I'm picky, haha!), they were ordered and arrived within a few days, and the aftersales service was nothing less than amazing! Also, we now have a loyalty card which because we spent a certain amount gave us a decent money off voucher for future purchases (see their T's&C's for details, for us it was every £200 get a £10 voucher). There is free motorcycle parking out the front for about five bikes, and I'm aware of free parking in designated bays behind the shop. There is also free parking on the main road. It's a busy shopping area, so you may or may not get lucky, there are car parks locally, but please be aware they are not part of Infinity Motorcycles and will have their own parking rules and regulations. In five visits I've made, I've been successful in parking very close all five times. The shop is very well laid out, clean, tidy and well stocked. Clothing, gloves, boots, helmets each having their own section, with other items along walls or on stands depending on the range. The selection of each area has both affordable and higher priced items, so regardless of the size of your pocket you should find something. Two examples are ear plugs, basic semi disposable foam ones for pocket change to frequency tested ones that need paper money. Crash helmets that are in mere double digits to helmets that are in to the five hundreds! Our purchases for two 2019 style modular helmets (legal to ride in open or closed, both with pinlock, both with flip down sun visor, vents) was £170 & £200, an AGV CompactST and a Caberg Duke2, 4star and 5star 'Sharp' rated (all respectively). We picked a specialised shop because we knew in advance what we wanted, but also reassurance of both correct fitting and aftersales (the sale man's banter was fun too). My original choice turned out to be too close to my chin (I could move my choice with my chin, not good, but something only discovered because of a proper fitting), so I was offered products that accounted for that. There are only two downside to the store. First, there are two or three steps at the entrance. If you are disabled or steps are a problem, please contact the store for advice. Second, there is only one till and as our purchase took a while to process (selecting colours, store card etc) this meant two other customers who had been browsing/helped by another member of staff, couldn't have their purchases completed until we had finished. I felt very rushed by this, and indeed left one other purchase off my main purchase so I could let other customers be served, then I was reserved. They badly need another till at this store. If you have two people serving and offering advice, with internet ordering and colour choosing, two systems that can process a purchase is a minimum I would suggest, even if you only had one money till between them, or each member of staff having their own till. Its essential at a place as popular as Infinity. But otherwise, yeah, a great place. Pay them a visit.

Friendly, helpful staff, who seem to know their products very well (which makes a change from some places) and also didn't just try and make me buy the most expensive kit! Stock-wise they seem to have a very nice selection of products, including clothing, helmets, bags, chains and bike covers. Also VERY impressed that they have a dedicated motorcycle parking bay right out front of the shop. Oh, and they do 0% finance on more expensive purchases. Didn't buy anything this time (not quite payday yet!) but will certainly return in the future and buy some gear.

Being a complete novice nothing was too much trouble for the guys at the Southampton shop. I can not recommend infinity highly enough. Patience is certainly Trevor's virtue! ;) I had to exchange a helmet that was too small and Trevor made sure I had the correct size, comfort and within my budget. I've used these guys on and off for few years now. To say, I'm really impressed with the customer service provided by the team here. They are your typical friendly bikers. With good knowledge on the kit that's provided in store, in which, I purchased some kevlar jeans today. There is a wide range of stock from the large motorcycling brands, ranging from jackets, boots to helmets etc. Also, the pricing is fairly good with possible finance offers on some of the kit that you could purchase instore . So, if you're looking for some bike gear, pop down to infinity. I would be very surprised if your shopping experience isn't good or better.

After recently (6 months ago) passing my motorcycle course with ART in Southampton, I finally got round to sorting out my gear and thoughts I'd take the trip to Infinity Motorcycles. I took the short drive down yesterday late-afternoon. My first impression; the store was well presented and organised inside and after being there for approx 2 minutes, I was greeted by Declan, who began to help me with finding the right helmet. After discussing my needs and wants, he very helpfully recommended the most suitable helmets as well as recommending some personal favourites of his own. I was looking for a helmet with maximum safety levels, with a brand that consistently excels. I was pointed towards the Shoei RYD which suited all my needs and requirements and after approx 10 minutes of wearing it in-store, I had decided was the perfect fit. I opted for the white for maximum visibility, although the Basalt Grey is my preferred colour. Declan also very kindly assisted me with finding the right fitting for boots, jackets, trousers and gloves. I will 100% be returning in the coming days to purchase the rest of my gear, and looking forward to doing so!
