I just dropped my YAMAHA TW to change the tyres and Im very pleased with the service. Im one of those annoying customers with thousand questions and all of them have been answered knowledgeably and polite … and I have been told that I can always pop in and ask If I have any questions about something. Bought a Harley Sportster from Elliot and John at the shop a coupe of weeks ago, they looked after me fantastically well, the bike was better than described and the level of service was above and beyond what was expected. Booked my street bandit in as a non starter they collected it and began working on my machine replacing various bits and pieces on carbs etc balance them up with new spark plugs it runs like a new bike I would recommend these guys as they are very honest and and will only bill you for the things that need doing very satisfied with the service and and there labour costs Denis 👍👍

One of the best old school garages I know family run for generations First stop if I'm stuck woth my own mechanics owner is very knowledgeable and expert skill don't let the small shop front fool you . 10 /10 My bike is in for tyre replacement but he'll also mention anything else he spots I can fix myself Highly recommend especially if u want to look for some rare cruiser bikes to buy at very reasonable prices and origional makes

It's not that often I stop to think about writing a review about a shop or service etc., but I have to this time. I used Valley Motorcycles for the first time a few weeks ago after purchasing a second hand moped for my daughter, and just needed to replace a mirror. They had exactly what I needed at a really good price, and were extremely friendly. There were a few niggles here and there on the moped as you would expect, and I dropped it into the shop a few days ago to ask them to put the things right if possible. My daughter picked it up today and was so impressed she said she could barely even recognise it was her bike the difference in the way it rode after the work they had done. Not only that, but the cost of the work was fantastic value too. All I can say is as long as I live in Southampton and there's a moped or motorbike in the family, there's only one place I'll be going for servicing and repairs, and that is Valley Motorcyles. Thanks guys for top drawer service and a fantastic price. John Dunning.

Popped in for a very specific part, a stator from a specific year and although they didn't have it they took the time to speak to me about my issue and offered potential solutions! Need a new light so I'll be back!

No flash trimmings to the shop - Just does what it says on the tin - take it or leave it. Customer Service can't be faulted - far more than could ever be expected.
