G. B.Great customer service. I ordered a total bike cleaning kit, on arrival I found that the 1litre bike cleaner had leaked losing over half its contents. I let the guys know, 3 days later there was a replacement on my doorstep. No arguments ifs or buts a replacement sent straight out to me. The seal on the bottle was broken so I put it down to a manufacturing fault, the packaging was superb so I dont think it was damaged in transit, highly recommend this company 5☆s from me .
