Had a great first bike purchase here, didn’t feel like I was being pushed into a sale, all my purchase options were clearly explained to me and I was shown a variety of bikes that fit my “ideal” type and was even suggested alternative bikes in a couple years time that would suit me when it was time to upgrade. Sam was a great help with my purchase, kept me up to date on where my bike was in being prepared and generally knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I was also very impressed with my personalised video that was emailed to me when I initially enquired about a bike. Overall a very smooth and professional experience and I look forward to coming back for my next bike in a year or two!

I recently purchased a KTM from Blade in Swindon, and I was really impressed with the service and staff. Tracy was really helpful and answered every question I had. If she didn’t know, she found out for me. I would definitely recommend buying from Blade. They’re a really reputable dealership and customer satisfaction is taken seriously (hence why they encourage you to leave a review). They did lose a star in this instance as the bike wasn’t clean when I went to inspect, or when it was delivered - only due to the valet recently leaving I believe. It wouldn’t put me off recommending or buying from Blade in the future.

They had the bike I wanted, didn't mind when I got it dirty riding on muddy roads, didn't badger me after the test ride and were generally not pushy. I had to call after I bought the bike as some documentation wasn't sent, this came through promptly. I would certainly buy here again if they have something I want.

Top service from Derek, very helpfull and friendly with plenty information on the bike, made buying a bike from the other end of the country easy and kept me well informed during the process of the bike going through the workshop to the point it was loaded on the van to head north. We have been using this dealership for a number years for new bike purchases and all our servicing requirements. We are never disappointed with the level of care we receive. Blades pricing is very, very competitive and the guys and girls are brilliant and very helpful. A well deserved 5 star rating.

When my first service was due last year I called my two closest dealers and Blade Swindon gave me a discounted first service even though I purchased the bike elsewhere. I have just had second service with them and received the same fantastic level of service as the first time using them. If I were in the market for a new bike they would defo get my custom! Keep up the good work guys. :-)

Purchased my new Versys 1000 after testing a variety of bikes to replace my 17 year old 1150 GSA. Jeremy was very helpful, letting me take out the demo bike a couple of times, once with a pillion to see how that went. Good service, friendly dealership, had a very good buying experience. Been back for a bit of advice regarding the TFT screen and Jeremy helped me out very quickly and efficiently.

Fabulous buying experience from Blade Kawasaki. Jeremy was incredibly helpful and patient while we looked at a large number of different bikes. The Ninja 650 is the perfect bike for my wife and she loves it. I have since added a set of Yamaha heated grips to make it the perfect all-year bike. The handover was very thorough and Jeremy made sure that we knew everything about the bike before we took it away. We couldn't recommend Blade, and particularly Jeremy, more. We will certainly be back!!

Either manufacturers are making bikes I don't like or I don't like the bikes being displayed. Huge variety of bikes on offer but not one I'd jump at. Now either I'm odd... Or it's like these are the range we are selling, this is what we want you to buy... Or which of our display models you going to purchase... Sorry I think you've lost the personal touch... But as I point out. It maybe you don't have the bike I want...

Fantastic service. Great deal on my bike. Unfortunately it broke down just a few days later. They didn’t hesitate in coming to me and picking the bike up (6 hour round trip) Regulator failed in a big way killing the battery and ECU and blew bulbs and relays. All replace under their warranty. (ECU alone was £969 from Kawasaki uk) These guys bent over backwards to get the bike back on the road and delivered back to me ASAP. You can’t put a price on a after service like this. I wouldn’t hesitate buying another bike from here.

2 main reasons why i use Blade Kawasaki swindon. 1. When i bought the bike from them I was originally buying a new Z1000sx but didn't really like the colours. I wanted a grey one which they didn't do any more. The sales man told me he had a second hand one in the back which eventually cost them a new bike sale as i bought the second hand grey one. He didn't need to do that which shows integrity. 2nd. When I took it for it's first service at 7500 miles, I was told it needed new plugs. The service would be more costly because of this. When I went to pick up the bike a few hours later he said, as they new the history of the bike it didn't need them due to them being changed on the previous service. Yet again they didn't need to do that which to me shows Honesty. Honesty and integrity in a business show professionalism and that's what I look for when trusting someone to look after my pride and joy. Well done Blade.

Absolutely "BRILLIANT" service, I originally sent an email inquiry about a bike I liked the look off,a Jeremey Kinch kindly sent me a walk around video of the bike which showed the condition , which I thought was a great idea as I did not want to travel the 40 minuets drive to only find the bike not how I expected it. I went to view the bike a Kawasaki Z1000 in Black which I can only describe as perfect with a twin Scorpion Race de-cat exhaust system that looked the business. I asked Jeremy if we could start the bike in house to listen to the sound , which we did and that sold the bike to me. Jeremy was very helpful and made me feel more than welcome with no pressure to buy ,we agreed on a price with a few little extras and delivery to my home address in Eastington, Gloucestershire. The bike arrived in perfect condition with a courtesy call in advance to let me know when the driver would be with me. If your considering buying a motorcycle new or pre-owned you really should call in and have a chat with these guys and if its a Kawasaki then Jeremy is your man, also I must mention James Harvey from the parts department who was also of great assistance to me and like Jeremy a true ambassador for Blade Kawasaki in Swindon. I wanted to buy a second hand touring / adventure type bike but didn't really know which one as I had a limited budget. Jeremy at Blade Kawasaki was very helpful and informative and encouraged me to test ride their Kawasaki Versys 1000 demo bike. Great, I said after the ride, I would love one but can't afford a new one. Jeremy sat down with me several times and without any pressure talked through all options and I discovered that with a small deposit a PCP deal was very affordable. The whole experience was clear and professional and I picked up my brand new Versys 1000 today. With the first 110 miles clocked up this afternoon I could not be happier. So it's a big THANK YOU to Jeremy and the team at Blade Kawasaki. 10/10

Well were do I start... the lads at blades are first class, i originally bought a Triumph bobber but unfortunately after a year of owning the bike decided it wasn't for me. I went back to blades and they gave me a very good price to trade it back in with them so I went o my search, I found a fire blade in the Honda section of Blades that I really liked and put a deposit on but when it came to me picking it up a couple of days later I had a change of heart again! I so I asked Dave the sales guy if it would be possible to swap my deposit over to another bike. With a little talking scratching of heads he came back and said he would rather I be happy on wht I was buying than make I sale and I go away disappointed... I found a bike in the Kawasaki section of Blade and of i went for a test ride on a brand new Z900. I came back with a massive smile on my face and bought it. Jeremy the sales guy couldn't of done more to help me. So thank you very much to you all in Blades especially Dave & Jeremy you two was brilliant. All the best David Liddiard
