Bought a BMW R1200RT just before Xmas. Bryan travelled over 200 miles to delivery the bike without fuss. I took a chance on buying the bike from just pictures. I was given a honest including faults descripton over the phone calls. On inspection the bike turned out better than i thought. Even though this was a trade sale, Bryan said if there was any problems his workshop is only a call away. In over 40 years of riding and having owned many bikes in that time.This is the first company that have given straight answers with no B/S. Customer service puts main dealers to shame. Would be happy to buy another bike from CS motorcycle.

Just bought a SV650 from Bryan for a very reasonable price. Purchased via photos and Bryan’s word as distance to showroom is 150 miles away. Bryan delivered the bike on the agreed day and the bike was in exactly the condition Bryan described. Mint condition. Overall a great experience and very happy with the bike.

Recently bought a Vstrom 650 from Bryan, and to be honest it was a real bonus to meet and be treated like a valued customer by him even though we'd never met before. Bryan is the type if person that you would like to deal with when buying motorbikes. He's down to earth, honest, clear and straightforward thinking and from what I experienced, will go that extra mile to enhance your purchase. Not only did I get the bike at a much cheaper cost than other sellers, but he ensured the bike was given some added touches, which he did off his own back before the sale. It's strange to think that less than 2yrs ago, I wouldn't have dreamed of buying a bike online without first testing it, but all I can say is that this garage are true to their word and offer excellent service and value for their bikes. So much so, I'm going to keep an eye on his website for future bikes he's selling as he's definitely worth the trip across. Would have given the garage a full 5 stars except for the fact is was a full mornings travel for me to get there.

I was looking for an unmolested Suzuki GSXR 1000 K3/K4 and found an absolute mint K4 with only 2900 miles for sale with Bryan at Church Stretton Motorcycles. I spoke to Bryan on the phone and he described the bike and told me it's story. I purchased the bike without seeing it in the flesh and arranged for the bike to be delivered the following week. Bryan delivered the bike on the agreed day/time and it was completely as described; a stunning bike in super original condition. I was out in the sunshine on the bike later that day. Buying a bike without seeing it can be a bit nerve wracking. Kawasaki Z650 delivered yesterday. It is 3 years old, Candy Green and in new condition as described by Bryan the seller. I'm over the moon with it. I have been riding motorcycles for over 40 years and I would say Bryan has been the most helpful and considerate dealer I have dealt with. Delivered to my home 70 miles away for the cost of his fuel. I would 100% recommend Church Stretton Motorcycles. June 2022 I have now owned this motorcycle for over a year and have racked up the mileage, apart from oil & filter change and adjusting the chain nothing to report other than it never misses a beat.

I have used CSM for several years now for servicing, tyres and problem solving on my last couple of GS's. Ian knows BMW's inside out (old and new) - I have always found him to be honest and technically capable. Pricing is competitive. Without question I would recommend his services and dry humour!

I recently took delivery of the second bike bought remotely during lockdown from Church Stretton Motorcycles and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Again the bike was a quality machine in great condition with accurate online descriptions & photos and at a very fair price. Bryan was very helpful when answering my questions over the phone and made sure I was happy with everything when he dropped it off. The bike was given a new MOT and oil change and anything else that was needing done before delivery over 2.5 hours away in Bedford for a reasonable fee. Having never bought a vehicle without seeing and test driving it before, I've now done it twice in the last few months and the whole process was so smooth and hassle free I would definitely buy from these guys again.

They are knowledgable, friendly and really approachable folk who are keen to help but not at all pushy. OK the bikes aren’t the cheapest out there but i have found paying a bit more for a really lovely example usually pays for itself in the long run.
