Definitely recommend! Was welcomed as I walked through the door and told Leanne was the person to speak to about the bikes, she recommended the Sinnis shuttle and I’m over the moon with it. Delivery was quick, registering was quick. Could not be happier

I brought my second motorcycle from here after having the best possible experience when I brought my first motorcycle from them. When purchasing over the phone they were extremely professional and helped me with my decision. There was a small issue on the day of delivery (not Shropshire motorcycles fault) but I have never seen a company handle and resolve an issue with soo much quality and professionalism. They took ownership and made sure everything was back on track, they kept in touch with me each step of the way and even phoned me the day after delivery to make sure I was getting on well with a bike. I could of gone to a dealer closer to home, but I chose and will continue to choose Shropshire motorcycles as this is a true family business who takes pride in the service they provide and that really values their customers. Thank you 🙏

So bought a Verona from these guys firstly on research their prices are one of the best in the Midlands, second free delivery and a helmet included! I had a top box instead which is of good quality, bike delivered in good time by a very friendly and knowledgeable mechanic, took time to explain all about the bike and controls so by no means a here's your bike and take the money. Within a few days I had a few issues, they came within 48 hours and rectified the issues would have been 5 stars but I have to say checking all bolts would have been a bonus before delivery! However a good honest service and always on hand to help don't believe any other bad review these guys are here to sell decent bikes and do their best to help don't forget it's China who send and make the bikes it's their quality control that needs topping not the dealership thanks Shropshire motorcycles for a good bike :)

I've had two bikes from here. A Lexmoto ZSB and an Assault. Always flexible to book with, easy to get a hold of. Open to provide sound advice. Any issues with my bikes have been sorted under warranty. I've had work done otherwise too providing parts and labor with good value. Can't Complain.

I bought a lexmoto Xtr-s 125 (ex demo) from them a few weeks ago and although it has had a couple of problams which couldn't be prediction, they took time out of thair scedual to come to me and diagnose the problam, he changed the idle and said about the petrol being a little too full which may have caused a problam with the pump or petrol tube which I'm guessing is an easy fix he's even said he'd come to me to fix it, all the bad comments about Shropshire bike is and probably are all just petty, people need to remember that when a bike gets sent out it probably was working fine and didn't have any obvious problams, these things happen and can't be predicted, they arnt sychic, but saying that i don't know what's gone on with other people just what's been written, to sum up " They are polite, extremely helpful and understanding, they are trusting as far as I know and they will go out thair way to help you without a doub", all I can say at the minuet is THANK YOU Shropshire bikes yous have been very professional and helpful, I will definitely be staying with the warentee and doing all my services with you. For anyone who may think this is a fake review my name is David Macka on Facebook look me up and I'll prove its not, although it's still to Early to say what the buisiness is like I can however say my experience so far. I will update review in time once my bike is completely up and running and when I know it's good to ride a distance again. But I don't however blame yourselves for any problams with the bike, these things can't be predicted like I say......thanks again all from Shropshire bikes and thanks to the two lads that came to look and diagnose the problams today.... Updates will be done as and when work and services are done to my new baby (my Xtr-s 125...) BEAUITIFUL bike and what a ride almost better then the missus haha. Forgot to say thair was a small problam I asked for the lextec remote start/alarm and was saying from the beginning before I got the bike about wanting it for the remote start function aswel as alarm but mainly the remote start, I paid nearly £60 for item and fixing it on for me but when I got the bike I had to ask why the remote start didn't work and it was due to that function not being available on the xtr-s but not a big deal the alarm works. I'll try figure a way round it for the remote start to work hopefully

Brought 2 bikes from Tom and both were amazing quality, they are friendly and supportive would recommend to everyone who is looking for a 50-125cc the bike selection is incredible there are a lot of choice and they are all amazing quality.

I have just finished buying my brand new motorbike from Shropshire Motorcycles in Telford, excellent customer service, came at time they said it would so on time delivery which is excellent along with running my through the paper work mentioning what is actually on the bike such as the mot and road tax along with the MOT run through, well worth the look along with cracking prices would go to again.
