The shop is small but they’re happy to order items in! I bought new leathers, a helmet and an intercom today and they where more slightly expensive than the competition, due somewhat because of the items I’d chosen at each place, regardless I’d rather spend my money with these guys than the “big boys”.
100% recommended!

Not only were they knowledgeable and helpful but on point with my questions on Bluetooth and mesh comms even though I stated I wouldn’t be buying them today. More than happy to let check what type of connections they so that I could see if I could retrofit other mics and speakers.

M. G.This new, middle aged, rider walked in off the street and was extremely lucky enough to be greeted by a young bloke by the name of Ruel (Ru). In my books this is the bloke you need to seek out. Very knowledgeable, not loud or pushy, willing to spend time, provides options, speaks from experience. If this were my shop I’d be very happy to have this bloke on staff. I will definitely be back because of him.
B. W.Came here to buy a crash helmet last week. Andy was super helpful in assisting me to choose the right helmet and he also helped fitted the Bluetooth com to it. Much appreciated and highly recommended!

T.Purchased a Shoei Neotec 2 Splicer from Infinity Motorcycles in Watford. wonderful bunch, special mention to Oliver who helped me with the fitting and later installed the pin lock and chin guard, their prices are comparable to internet plus personalised service you can try any number of helmets for fitting, comfort etc. They have a good selection of gloves and other biking gear. Later Ruel assisted me when I lost my receipt. Great job guys keep it up. Good luck for your future.

Great variety of stock - some, yes, they have to order in, but honestly, that is not a prob when you compare against the service level offered. Can't wait to go back, in all honesty. Loved it.

A. W.Prices are the same as other places, even comparable to online retailers. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have quite a good range of clothes, helmets, boots and accessories. The staff were happy to check the disc lock I bought fit before I paid for it. They are also the only place that stays open until 6 on a Saturday meaning I can get there after work.

G. P.I cannot recommend Paddy and his team enough for providing excellent professional service starting with the enquiry and all the way through to after the sale.
It's more than having an extensive range of items that are competitively priced. They have put my interests first which means I buy what is right for me, not them.
It is naive to think that good quality products will never go wrong. Paddy and his team professionally resolved a couple of issues that occurred with items I had previously purchased from them, several months earlier. If I had just bought these on the internet I am confident that I would be wasting my time chasing up a faceless company being fobbed off at every opportunity.
I cannot think of a better place to buy all your motorcycle gear from.
A. C.Staff didn't know how to process a refund as they were both new and hadn't been trained which we thought was poor. The helmet we bought was faulty and so was the replacement hence the refund, which they eventually managed by calling someone on the phone but it took a long while.

Staff were so helpful, they were not interested in selling me the most expensive items to make money, they listened to what I wanted and they gave me plenty of choice
