I love this place! The team here are incredibly down to earth, they don't stalk you like a vulture trying to sell you stuff, just such a nice atmosphere. Craig the manager is so helpful and knowledgeable and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Also Cam the sales executive is so helpful and will do anything he can to help you! Buying a bike from this team at Watford is such a nice experience and now being apart of the harley family feels like your actually apart of it! Never been to any vehicle dealer that has regular bbq's and events. I would genuinely recommend this dealer to anyone thinking of buying a harley. There is something different about a Harley Davidson dealership. It is a bit like visiting your best friends. The staff are eager to please and all the customers look like they have found heaven. I went to look at the new electric cycles, made by a new division. I have owned four electric bikes but these are the very best I have seen. Previously my bikes have been substantially existing bike parts with a motor. The Serial 1 is a cycle engineered for an electric bike.

Fantastic service right from the first email enquiry. The dealership has a nice relaxed feel to it and all the staff were friendly and professional. The place looks amazing! The salesman Jay was extremely helpful and a genuinely nice fella. He rang me when he said he would and sent me everything I needed in a timely fashion. Jay did me a fantastic deal on my new bike which included a very good trade in price. None of the other 4 dealerships I had contact with made me feel valued or even seemed really that interested from the out and the ones who did get back to me couldn't get anywhere near the deal Jay did me. Incredible from start to finish. From the moment I enquired about the bike I quickly received personalised walk around videos which was a lovely touch. Cam was extremely helpful and talked to me as a friend more than a potential customer. I purchased my 48 without even seeing it in person which tells you all you need to know about the customer service. On delivery the bike didn’t start which was down to a faulty battery. The delivery driver Dave was so helpful and literally did anything possible to help me. He drove to a local Harley dealer and brought me a new one and even fitted it for me. The dedication is clear to see as he was going to drive back to Watford just to get a batter which was an hour from me! Exceptional dealer and lovely staff. 10/10 experience

I cannot rate or recommend the gentlemen here enough. After the passing of my husband I was at a loose end as to how to sell his Harley. Cam, one of the sales team, went above and beyond to make everything as easy for me as possible, even arranging collection of the bike on a day that they were closed. A super friendly H-D dealership where I am made to feel super welcome whenever I’ve been here. I’ve visited twice, once to buy a bike, but it was in the middle of the C-19 pandemic and global stock was minimal so we couldn’t get the bike I wanted, and today for some warranty work on my existing bike. The team are super friendly and welcoming, I’m pretty sure whilst I was waiting for the work to be completed, every member of the team came past me at some stage, said ‘hello’ and offered me a coffee refresh. I can’t fault the team or the facilities at all. Keep up the great work. If there was one thing you could do to improve - get some drawstring bags. I bought some T-shirts, but as I’m on a bike, putting them in a standard carrier bag doesn’t work, I’m riding my bike, drawstring bags would really help those riding to get merchandise home.

Watford Harley Davidson is a nice modern dealership with a team of friendly staff. It's rather nice to go have a coffee there and look at the bikes, it is a little quiet at the moment but I imagine it'll be more busy when things get back to normal. Well worth a visit.

I usually use Harley Oxford, I must be unlucky or Saturday staff different , my fist visit , shop quite for 2 pm sunny Saturday, no hello from any staff one hog owner member did acknowledge me nice chap , I enquired why clothing goods not priced assistant said think of a number and add 40 well a pair of gloves £90 he wasn’t wrong , went down stairs to explain about a fault with back brake light , perhaps one of the service team could look at today ? or early next week long and short of it answer not till after end of the month 30 th onwards today is the 5 th .

Unfortunately we didn't buy anything here, but we still felt very comfortable. Keep it up ! (Original) Sehr, sehr nettes Personal, eher selten für Harley Läden ( wir klappern sehr viele ab :) Wir hofften allerdings, dass wir hier schon Shirts von London kaufen konnten, das ist leider nicht der Fall. Leider haben wir hier nichts gekauft, dennoch fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Weiter so !
