Being a very large guy, I was seeking a Maxi Scooter 125cc. I didn’t want to pay the new cost. Secondhand in good condition would be fine. I gave the guys at Scooter Warehouse my budget. I understood that they don’t deal much in used machines but they promised to keep an eye out for something suitable. In less than a week they had sourced a 1 year old NECO Alex One Maxi Scooter with only 180 miles on the clock! It looked in mint condition like new. Just couldn’t believe my luck. Most importantly it was within my budget. Needless to say I bought it immediately. The guys kept it a few days for me so I could make arrangements to collect. They were so flexible with times and stuff and very kindly picked me up from the Railway Station, just after their normal closing time. The bike is just fantastic and drives so well. Scooter Warehouse demonstrated wonderful Customer Service. I totally and without reservation highly recommended their business. They clearly have vast experience in the trade, have a great attitude and fair pricing. They intelligently think about future business by treating customers so well. Quite frankly I would not shop anywhere else. Thank you Mark and Rob.

Bought my lexmoto assault from a dealership in Farnborough back in March and had a constant issue with the engine cutting when slowing down. Took it for its first two services in Southampton and explained the issue only to be told it was an ecu problem and both times was told it was fixed but the problem persisted and eventually I just got used to it. The owner of scooter warehouse explained to me what he thought the problem was so i took it to him for its service and to see if he could fix it. Couldn't be happier with the service. Rob is a decent guy who doesn't beat around the bush and just gets stuck in and my bike now runs better then when I first bought it and the engine cutting out issue is now no longer a problem. For any lexmoto owners who have issues with their bikes/mopeds, I couldn't recommend him enough.

I could not find anyone to help me derestrict my Street 50 scooter. I phoned Rob at The Scooter Warehouse, what a gentleman. I sent him a photo of the engine and he explained I had a euro 3 and the easiest way was to remove a wire. He asked me to call him and let him know if it worked. This was my last bike, a Royal Enfield 500cc Clubman S Bullet so you can I was apprehensive about buying a 50cc Nico Abruzzi 65 (copy of early vespa !). Really pleased with the bike its great for what I need it for and fun. Saving me a fortune in parking and time in jams as I live in Brighton - Scooter warehouse were amazing and Rob couldn't be more helpful. I highly recommend them without hesitation to both experienced riders and anyone new to biking thinking of saving money on fuel/parking and having fun at the same time.

The guys here have years of knowledge and will find the right bike for you with no pressure. I brought a leeway Veracruz 125 and could not be more impressed. I am over 6ft and this bike is so comfortable and the steering does not hit my knees like on most bikes! This bike was recommended by the guys here when originally I had chosen a more expensive one and I'm so glad I took their advice! It's very sturdy on the road, the acceleration is more than capable and it costs very little to run, I would recommend to anybody looking for a first bike!

Recently bought a bike from here, it came on time and at a fair price. When delivered on of the workers gave us a good run through of the bike to make sure we understood how it worked and do basic safety checks. Ive ran into some slight issues with the bike that a simple phone call to the garage has managed to resolve it. When i bought the bike back for its first serivce they did it at a fair price and fixed the small niggles that had occured and educated us further on how to do checks when we picked. In conclusion i recommed this garage as got a variety of bikes, were consistently helpful to us ,which was good being a novice to the biking world. The staff are also friendly and well knoeledge on bikes and the issues faced with owning a bike.

I would recommend any parent looking for a scooter to give them a call. Mark & Rob were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. I ordered the Lintex Tornado 50cc on a Saturday morning and it was delivered on the Wednesday. Very easy stress free service. Everything had been registered all we had to do was clip on the mirrors & stick the L plates on. They also recommended an insurance company. Our son is delighted and all his friends are asking where we bought it. I have peace of mind that it has warranty as my brother in law bought a 2nd hand scooter for his daughter and has already spent over £500 to get it back on the road and it still keeps breaking down. If you need a scooter don't look anywhere else these guys are brilliant.

Very happy with my new scooter! After being really impressed with the scooter my friend purchased in early 2013 from these guys, i decided to buy one for myself, and having passed my driving test before 2001 i could hop on a 50cc scooter without having to take any sort of test! The guys at The Scooter Warehouse are very friendly and helpful and explained everything i needed to know, and also recommended insurance companies which turned out to be much cheaper than i expected! Having covered nearly 300 miles on my new Sinnis Strada i can honestly say i'm delighted with both the way it looks and sounds and am very impressed by the overall build quality. I would certainly recommend the Scooter Warehouse to anyone considering buying a new bike or scooter, and will certainly be buying my next bike from Mark and Rob when i decide to upgrade! I was abit dubious to say the least ordering online for a scooter but i took the risk and did it, only to have all my fears cast aside. This local brother duo team at the Scooter Warehouse made the whole process of buying of a scooter seamless. It was great having everything in one place – If like my son you’re not sure if you want a motor bike, trials, or scooter style, they have LOADS to help you make up your mind.
