R. J.Fantastic service!!! Similar to one of the other reviews, I picked up a puncture and a local motorcycle recovery service dropped off the bike. Nick was really helpful and fixed it on a Saturday morning even though they were short staffed. Saved me so much hassle and a train trip to Cardiff and back!!!! Custom bikes are his specialty and had some cracking examples there! Highly recommended, think Nick and the other guys who helped out!! Cheers

d.I picked up a puncture late in the day whilst touring snowdonia. Rang through and managed to arrange a replacement tyre for the next morning. The chaps at the shop were friendly and efficient with their work (even offered a coffee) we were back on our way touring with next to no effect on our trip. Would highly recommend 👌

c.👍 bike wouldn't start, called Dragon Custom Cycles, they booked me a slot the following day, they ordered the required parts and sorted the issue out couldn't give enough praise to these top guys
N. S.Harley needing new front discs. Took time to source parts from abroad as cheaper. Good and friendly service but a bit slow and took a couple of days longer than expected.

m. w.Been going for years as the Lads are friendly and Helpful, Only went there for Mitas tyres to be fitted and excellent mechanic noticed rear wheel bearings were shot so they replaced on the spot, i had bought rear pads and had them with me so they put on too, I have tracked and toured on various bikes from tourer to supersport on their Mitas tyres and fantastic and really cheap too, better than PP3'S, my mates have converted to these now and loving them...
