I bought a headlight protector from this company, fitted it and first ride it cracked in the corner mounting points. Contacted fast bike bits, sent photos and they contacted power bronze. I was issued a refund which was promptly refunded. I can’t fault their refund policy and will use again

Used this company twice now and they can never be more helpful! As someone with limited experience with bikes, they helped me find what i needed and at a great price! Really quick response to email queries before ordering...as my bike is a new model and not yet officially supported by Shad, Callum promised to come back to me once another customer had fit the required kit succesfully...which he did in double-quick time! Ordered yesterday afternoon, kit arrived at lunchtime today within the promised 1-hour slot. What is not to like?
