Great experience at Infinity. Friendly, helpful staff. Huge stock and, if they don't have all/what you need, they get it. Went for several items and Jimmy, who served us, provided some great advice and was very patient with fitting etc. Will use them again :)

I was looking to get some new gear after passing my cbt and Infinity York came highly recommended by some fellow bikers. I had a slightly tight budget but Josh was very helpful, advising me on what was available in store to suit my needs, even offering to order in sale stock from another store if they didn't have anything that fitted me within my budget. Needless to say, I left with exactly what I came for and it didn't break the bank. Got signed up to their loyalty scheme too!

Great place to source your bike gear at competitive prices.The staff are the most helpful I have ever known in a store especially Wendy who works in their discount store across the road. Parking is an issue as there are only two spaces but if your on your bike there is parking across from the discount store.Worth a visit by any biker!!!!!

The size and finish of the helmet I was looking for wasn’t in stock when I came in, but James was more than happy to get a delivery arranged from one of the other Infinity stores down south! Really big choice of bike gear I got a new jacket and pants. Not a cheap place and if you have big feet nothing much in motorcycle boots for the over 9 size. Also my husband couldn't find an helmet he was happy with. However lots of choice in all areas of motorcycling

The young guy helping me to try on helmets and new clothing was very knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy at all. Clean shop with lots of stock. Only reason it wasn't a 5 stars was because they didn't have my helmet size in stock, though they did offer to order in. I did buy a textile jacket and gloves at reasonable prices, though some online retailers are cheaper. Would visit again for more gear in future

Every transaction with Infinity is just spot on! I've moved to the north but still prefer to shop with them online because I can rely on them. Two years ago they helped me get kitted out for touring gear, helping me pick the brands with the best fit - super important when you're spending c. £2,000. This time around; on Sunday I ordered some new gear. Site showed "in stock, dispatch usually next working". I dropped them a mail to let me know if any expected problems (as needed products by the weekend). They responded first thing Monday and true to their word, the gear arrived the next working day. The guys here at York are incredible , they really are. My first visit was last week and they spent over 3 hours with me finding different sizes suggesting different combinations and understanding my needs and wants . This was textbook how to interact and understand customer needs , if every business did this they would be a lot more successful as this is what the online marketplace fails to capture . Unfortunately I have rather short legs and I mean short , they did everything they could to find a solution including contacting other stores and asking for further advice. Additionally , 2 hours in I nearly had a change of heart with the colour as I was considering a blue bike, having worked in retail myself I would have blown a head gasket had someone considered changing their mind after all that effort. Even then they said it would not be a problem and suggested alternatives. During my initial visit they did not have the helmet I wanted and due to the trousers I went for, the regular boots would not work. They ordered in a helmet from another site and got the correct boots in for the following week showing once again the guys at the store going above and beyond. The experience at this store is second to none and would not hesitate to return if I needed anything . I'm originally from Norfolk and difference between the two infinity sites is black and white. Valuable opinions from knowledgeable staff that aren't pushy at all and spend all of their time to make sure it's right for you. Brilliant jobs guys honestly, I can't wait to get started with motorbiking after such a genuine and pleasent transaction, that has given me the right gear that is most importantly safe and makes me feel good. See you soon lads !!!!

Always friendly staff and more concerned about your safety on the bike than the money they make. You seen a helmet online for £450 they will show you that plus cheaper ones that are better quality and you save money and get better equipment for riding your bike or moped. Cannot praise them enough.

Really friendly staff and very helpful. Lots of motorcycle clothing, helmets, accessories etc. Lots of brands to choose from. I bought a new jacket with the advice of a staff member and he was very helpful and knew his stuff. The jacket is excellent and after I bought it, I got home did some research on the jacket and I even found it cheaper elsewhere. I rung infinity up and explained this and it was not a problem. If I could provide information of the cheaper jacket, they will price match and refund me the difference. I won't lie to you, I found it £50 cheaper at a few places but I was very impressed with infinity coz they refunded me the £50 straight away. I would definitely recommend infinity for future visits

Bought a pair of Rukka gloves from Infinity at York, had them for just under 2 years when they developed a slight leak on one finger, as the warranty was 2 years I took them back to see if they could be repaired or replaced, Infinity staff sent them back to Rukka who subsequently said they did not leak - Infinity staff then tested them themselves and found they did so sent me a brand new pair in the post, Infinity said they would take it up themselves with Rukka. Staff are always super helpful here no matter what you need. So far i have ordered my motorcycle itself (albeit done over the phone via the sales team in Clapham), my helmet and all my gear from this store and they have never been short of amazing. They had my bike ready for me to pick up at a convenient time, my helmet was ordered into store early and kept in the back until my bike had arrived and was available for me to pick up, and everything I've ever needed in the way of knowledge has been supplied to me in a clear way and has given me the confidence in buying the extra bits and pieces i need. Approved Yamaha retailer as well so that works well.

I’m not even a motorcyclist (I prefer the pedal power of a bike!) but when I called in to Infinity Motorcycles in York to ask for advice about systems to keep my hands warm when cycling, I was thoroughly impressed by the service i received. I was attended to by James who was not only very pleasant but was extremely knowledgeable about the range of products available and could not have been more helpful. He really did go out of his way to explain and to demonstrate the system that he felt would be most appropriate for my needs, and even apologised for the relatively high cost of the Keis heated gloves that he was recommending. I’ve not yet had a chance to try the gloves out yet but I can highly recommend Infinity Motorcycles for their range of products and for their excellent customer service. Let’s hope the gloves are as good as the shop where I bought them. Thank you Infinity.
