The services was fantastic from the start to finish, the unit was very clean and the use of the APP makes the use of the storage efficient and seamless. I will be recommending I Want Storage to anyone who is looking for any storage.

A truly brilliant local Bedford firm providing the best storage facility I've ever seen. The place is really advanced, you open everything with your app, and then can even share access digitally with whoever you want. It's also very clean and secure. Jonathan really looked after me,ln arranging for my stuff to be moved up from London. The service and facility are second to none.

1. Excellent customer and friendly service. Any questions I had before and during my stay were answered very quickly, even if out of business working hours. 2. Access was simple with issues 24/7. All done via a smart phone. Everything unlocks at a touch of a button. Very cool! 3. Lock up is very clean, modern and simple. As good as new. 4. Feel very safe with CCTV. 5. Lastly, I'll definitely use IWS again, having built a nice customer/business relationship with Jonathan, and a very easy experience. Why go elsewhere?

They have excellent service and communications, the facility is really new/clean and the prices are lower. Booking my 75sq/ft storage room was really simple and quick, I did it all online and then moved in the next day.

A really easy way to store your stuff. Jonathan helped me move everything from my flat in London when I moved to Bedford. He arranged everything for me, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The facility itself is easy to find and the mobile app makes it super easy and convenient to use.

What a brilliant storage facility. All the rooms have high ceilings and everything is done through your phone, including opening the door to my storage room. A big bonus is they are open 24/7, a massive help to my business.

This is probably the best place I have gotten storage. Everything is automatic, don't need to worry about keys as it uses a modern app that works well to unlock doors, in a discrete location and the price is one of the best. Today I became IWS customer and I was really impressed with how smooth the onboarding process was. I've booked my storage size, uploaded all required documents and shortly after I was issued with access code and a link to an app. I now have 24/7 access to my storage unit. Upon arrival, I was able to use my phone app to open the main door and your storage room (clear instructions are provided). The facility was only recently opened to customers so everything is clean and feels new. You can park directly in front of the main entrance and trolley is available to transfer your belongings to your unit. CCTV cameras are installed throughout the facility. I couldn't be happier. Jonathan (owner) promptly responded to all my questions and he's great to deal with. Highly recommended!
