Moving day ended up being a long wait for us and Joel kept in touch throughout the day after turning up promptly first thing (even after 24 hours of very heavy snow) and loading all our belongings with care. They unloaded efficiently and took direction from us as to where boxes should go. The guys were friendly, professional and just seemed genuinely happy to help. Reasonably priced, local, hard-working and gave us one less thing to worry about. Would recommend them to anyone moving in Bedfordshire! Thank you J&L.

G.Joel was very knowledgeable and professional when quoting for our move from Dunstable to Marston Moretaine, they kept our slot booked and were very understanding as we were waiting to exchange contracts, we only exchanged contracts the day before we moved and this was no issue at all for Joel and his team! They turned up on moving day at the time agreed, made the whole process of emptying the house a lot less stressful than I thought it would be, I didn’t even see them take the sofas out!! Job done in around 2 hours! Then we had delays with the keys for the new place but again this was no issue for them! They waited patiently on a Friday afternoon for us to collect the keys, we eventually opened the door of our new home at 4:30, Joel and his guys worked like absolute Trojans and emptied 2 vehicles full of our possession in exactly 1 hour! Everything in the right room and nothing damaged!! Not even a scuff!! Top service!! Thank you!!!

They have true care and pride but what really stood out is the help and guidance joel does as a business from the little things in supplying boxes for the move and put everything where you need it, overcoming difficulties like getting my sofa in.

N.Brilliant removal service - all packing supplies were provided in advance and they were highly efficient, friendly and completely calm on moving day. They even disassembled furniture and performed miracles to get it all upstairs in my new property (which has really small stairs!!). Thoroughly recommended!!
