Spoke to James on the phone prior to coming in warm friendly over the phone and invited me in-house to look at the facilities and was even more welcoming in person and was very positive during my hectic home move. Very helpful, friendly, and amazing customer service. Safe-store could not have put someone better at the front desk to be the face of their brand. I’m definitely using them again after my experience and you want great service and grated as I had; then I would advise you to do the same.

All of the guys who I met there are super friendly. I used a storage space to store my stuff while away on a long holiday. The service provided is efficient, there are trolleys which helps a lot moving items from a car to the dedicated storage unit. it’s straightforward to book a storage space and very easy to empty the space. I saved a lot of money from paying rent while my stuff were in the safe store.
