I recently received my items from the UK to the US via a shared container. Everything was perfect, well packaged, on a solid euro pallet. Shrink-wrapped, taped up tight. The driver that picked up my belongings even added additional packing in my boxes so nothing would move around and kept everything safe and secure. I couldn't of asked for a better service. Nothing was damaged/broken, moldy or wet and everything was as I packed it. I want to thank Paul and Tony and everyone that made this possible, for all your help and making the entire process easy and stress free, you understand the needs of the client and show care and diligence through out every step. It can seem stressful worrying about exporting your household belongings to another country but rest assured they will make the entire process a breeze, answer all of your questions, help you every step of the way, keep the shipment moving even through these difficult times and get it all there in one piece. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to ship your belongings anywhere in the world. And thanks again to Paul and his amazing team. Best service I've received in a long time.

Moving a family from the UK to NZ is a huge undertaking, but shipping our belongings with International Moving Expert made it so easy. Paul and the team were amazing throughout the entire process from helping quote the move, the team that came and packed up our things at our house, the quick responses to questions and to explaining how it all worked (especially customs!!). Everything we sent was delivered with no breakages (including a glass cabinet!). Overall, excellent service from start to finish and can't recommend these guys enough, who massively took the stress out of moving to the other side of the world.

Tony and Paul were outstanding from the start! We shopped around and spoke to a number of companies prior to the move but International Moving Experts not only offered great value for money but they really gave the feeling of a professional team as soon as we spoke to them. The move from the UK to Perth was very swiftly organised, which we thought would be particularly difficult given we were already in Australia, but Tony organised to deal with a family member back home on the initial walk through, and on the move day. He provided regular updates throughout the move, including Ship details and sailing times, ETA etc, and he responded to any questions we had instantly. It was outstanding customer service! We used International Moving Expert to move all our house belongings (4 bed) from the UK to Spain. We chose them based on their reviews as we were nervous about moving all our things over when we were not going to be in the country. The guys were very professional and packed up all or stuff really well and had a very good checking system to ensure no items were lost. We had our own delays in Spain and the team were very patient with us and waiting until we could confirm a date to get our things actually delivered. On the day of delivery we paid the extra to get our things delivered up to our new apartment which is on the 5th floor with a very small lift. All the team were very professional and nothing was damaged in delivery or transport. It is very professional service and you are always able to talk to someone on the phone to help with any issues or questions.

This was my second time working with International Moving Experts moving a large quantity of household goods from the UK to Italy. Expecting additional hassle due to Brexit, I was impressed by how little I had to engage with paperwork or customs forms of any kind! IME staff were simply magical. They took away all the stress of worrying. Paul's, the company's boss, was honest in the information he provided. I coordinated with him, who communicated with his colleagues in Barbados to ensure all the relevant information and paperwork were submitted in advance to the Port Authorities in Bridgetown. I was kept well informed when my belongings were loaded into a container at a port in the UK and a timetable of the ship movement, which I tracked online. The handling company in Barbados also worked to ensure a smooth transition through the port. They undertook the leg work. They provided a specific time for delivery from the port and unloaded my household contents in the presence of a Customs officer and an Environmental Officer. All my belongings were delivered safely. With International Moving Experts, the name sum's them up nicely. Go ahead use them if you are seeking an honest and hard-working bunch of workers. Everything has gone very well from the 1st telephone contact with Paul and Tony through to the delivery of my furniture, and the option of a shared container keeps the price reasonable for small removals even after Brexit. Advice: If the removal men say the "shuttle" will be necessary for front door delivery, unless you own a large van and have people available at short notice who know how to get furniture out of vans and into the house, don't try to do it yourself, it's well worth the extra payment.

Paul and Tony were very helpful with my move from Essex UK to Michigan USA. Everything went as well as could be expected post covid, on the Uk to NY USA side. However, I was dissapointed with the extra costs and treatment from the US team, Schumacher Cargo Logistics, who dealt with the US part of the delivery. Its a shame IME had to use this lot. Thanks to Paul and Tony who helped to try and smooth the process.

Both Paul and Lucinda were very helpful in accommodating my move back to Ireland from the UK. All of my items were packed neatly and professionally, all arrived in one piece. Paul also changed the delivery slot of my items to suit me better. Very polite and helpful movers.

Shipping from the UK to Italy post-Brexit is a nightmare, so if you can avoid it, do so. The bureaucracy is slow and frustrating, but Paul and Tony dealt with this skillfully, given the current situation. The driver, Graham, was friendly and helpful with our belongings, and everything arrived intact and undamaged after about two months in storage, waiting for Italy and customs agents to respond. The only reason this is not a five-star review is that there were two occasions where I had sent emails that were not responded to very promptly, but in the end everything was sorted and we were happy all around. On the Italian side, it seems they can hold your property ransom until you pay additional fees, so our quoted price was quite a bit less than what we finally paid. This is not the fault of Paul or Tony, as it is difficult to know what duties and fees will be required in Italy. This holds true for many other services here, so again, not their fault.

We had furniture moved from Cobham Surrey UK to Dublin. The men collecting our stuff were very fast, yet took such care and wrapped everything so well. I asked International Moving Expert to help me move my items from UK to Germany. Communication and Service were great. Lucinda and Paul made it very easy for me to trust that my items are in good hands. Due to new Brexit rules, there was a lot of paperwork to handle, which was taken care of with great professionalism. I got immediate response to all the questions I had. Collection date and time as well as drop-off were good coordinated. The only thing to criticise is how the movers handled my upright piano. Even though they said they have experience in moving pianos they weren't prepared to move such a heavy instrument. I would recommend to ask professional piano movers to do that job. Apart from that I was very lucky to have been able to do my move with International Moving Expert and can recommend with no hesitation Lucinda and Paul.

I was most impressed with the professionalism and friendliness that Paul demonstrated throughout the process; he was never shy of spending time on the phone with me even when he was having a very long day and that wasn't a rare occurrence. All my questions and worries/concerns were answered and lessened quickly and positively; let alone doing the ground work to organise and book everything that needed to be done. IME contracted the company St Georges European Ltd to do the packing, lifting, loading, transport, delivery and unloading and I must also recommend these people as they absolutely matched IME in terms of professionalism, efficiency, quality and niceness. I also think that the cost versus the service was very good. I would use again if and when the occasion presents itself, but in the meantime I will recommend to everyone I know or meet in need of moving in or out of the UK.
