G. M.These guys are AMAZING. Contacted them via WhatsApp and they responded speedily, asked for details of the job and gave me a very fair quote. When I knew my dates for certain I got back to them and was given a time that suited me.
On the day, they let me know they were on the way and arrived bang on time. Huge van with all the gadgets to move any kind of item. They both wore masks, which was a real sign of their conscientiousness and dedication to looking after customers.
My move was of items from an apartment locker to a storage unit and a bit of a nightmare for them because of needing to get rid of some junk, keeping some, and moving the rest. They couldn't have been nicer about it all and are so calm and professional. They're super efficient, extremely helpful and work very hard. A task that I'd avoided for over a year because it seemed impossible was done in an hour.
They brought all the items to storage, organised them neatly and sent me photos to update me. Communication throughout was really faultless.
Would absolutely use them for any such work and if I need to move house. Not only are they excellent at what they do and with very competitive pricing, they're genuinely nice people and a pleasure to deal with. Can't fault them in the slightest!
