I would thoroughly recommend this company. Daniel and the team worked really hard with a great attitude over the day they were with us. They dismantled things and put them back together on arrival, never grumbled, their language was good, they moved things to different rooms when we changed our minds, and they made the whole process run smoothly. Absolutely brilliant. Both of the guys were waiting at the pick up point before we arrived and were clearly very experienced when it came to packing the van. They were very careful with our stuff and super quick. They then met us at the drop-off point in good time and helped to unload all of the contents into the right rooms, as directed. I have always heard how house moves are stressful and tiring but thankfully I never had to experience this until now. In order to combat these issues I decided to search for a removal company to help. I spoke to quite a few and found their prices extortionate and just when I was about to give up I spoke to Jay who’s low price plan and sound service proposal knocked me for six. Like I had to double check I heard him right. As a result I booked his crew in and on the day itself I believed they wouldn’t attend due to the adverse snow and icy weather condition, I couldn’t blame them if they didn’t attend but to my surprise they actually attended! Both Sham and his colleague did a superb job removing items items from my house and did so in a timely manner. At no point did they slack with the workload, were very helpful and customer driven. They treated my items with care as if they owned them. They subsequently moved all of my items to the location I desired and stored them in a safe, clean and structured manner. I would like to massively thank Jay, Sham and the other fellow for their help and support during a hard and stressful time for me and my family. You made my move peaceful and should I ever need a removal service again, I shall be approaching you!!!

Pure Removals moved me from my second floor flat to my new hone some 250 miles away. The quote was very competitive, customer service from booking and all the way through excellent and straight forward. They arrived on time and raring to go. The removal chaps were polite, friendly and helpful, and took great care loading and transporting my possessions - I had a few precious pieces of furniture which they were very diligent of. Overall a very efficient and hassle free experience, where nothing was too much trouble for them. Super service, would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Turned up and got straight into it, the two guys were very quick and careful with everything that was taken. Two really nice guys. Sham and Sam made this whole stressful moving day feel like a breeze because they were like the glue holding everything together and just cracking on with it. Now our move was to a different City, yet still went as smooth as this bumpy road could go. A massive thank you to you both and to pure removals, pricing is great, staff very eager to get a good job done, very happy!
