These guys were incredible, they moved house and packed all our things! From the moment Jamie came round he was so calm, everything was taken care of and knew what to do with everything we had! So patient, friendly and helpful, nothing was a drama or too much trouble! Absolutely brilliant! Took us ages to get our keys but they were so good about it and then unloaded and built up all our things again in an unbelievable time!! Would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat!! We were nervous about our first move with furniture - but Jamie and Steve from Whites made it a really stress-free experience! Everything from the initial visit and quotation, through a few questions, to the day itself was friendly, professional and responsive. We had good quality packing materials delivered, did our own packing, and the disassembly/reassembly and move on the day was really efficient. We have an epileptic and nervous cat and were particularly keen to minimise the disruption to him, and both Jamie and Steve were understanding and mindful at all times, which helped immeasurably. Even with several bulky items to move to or from upstairs, there were no scratches on paintwork in either property. Hugely impressed and will definitely recommend without hesitation!

Excellent experience from quotation to the last van departing. The staff were extremely experienced and their efficiency in packing and unloading coupled with a can-do attitude took away a lot of the stress of a complex move. I couldn't recommend them more highly and for the work they did, the costs were very reasonable.

We were really pleased to use Whites again - our first move in 20 years and they were equally as good and professional as when we used them on previous occasions. They were very responsive as soon as we came out of lock-down and were supportive ahead of our move which was messed about by the coronavirus. The removal team were fabulous: nothing was too much bother; they had a great in-built feeling of where things should go; they worked really hard and we were amazed how quickly the job was completed. We employed the services of Whites removals to pack up and store our belongings whilst we were abroad for a year. We were v impressed with the pack up, which was efficient and professional. Our goods remained in storage with Whites for another 3 years - at significant cost - and unfortunately on pick up for international shipping, we have been sent photos of damaged and dirty furniture and goods. When I contacted Whites to discuss our concerns, I was disappointed not to receive an apology, but instead a litany of excuses. A disappointing end to what had been a great service. I'd recommend them as movers, but not for storage.
