High quality, competitive removal company, very professional and courteous. Moved a distance and everything delivered safely and put into the room of my choice. Put my beds together for me which was a great help moving in my own. Andy the manager was very professional and communicated well from start to finish. Incredible service! The lads on the job made a relocation from Poole to 3.5 hours away, on a baking hot day with a 1 year old so much more bearable. Even after being sat on the M25 in traffic, they were still happy, joking and working hard, and no ask was too much. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. Carlin Brown are the best removal company I’ve ever used. We’ve had to move severally times over the past ten years and I wish I’d know.n of their services sooner because of how stress free they made moving home. Not only were they on time, polite and efficient, they took care of details that made settling in so much easier- ensuring the washing machine was plumbed in, boxes went to the right rooms, and taking care to secure fragile items in transit. They even took the time to explain the parts owe needed and where locally to get them from when there was an issue with the fittings of one of our appliances. In short, they gave us an exceptional service and we went from feeling stressed about moving to ending the day feeling really well cared for. We moved from a two bed, first floor apartment with difficult access and a tricky staircase to navigate to a ground floor apartment with steps outside. Andy and Mike could not have made it look easier. Thank you so very much to them! If you’re looking for a removals company that provides a first class service and incredibly fair pricing, this is the company for you. I can’t recommend them more highly.

Very pleased with the service we received from Andy and Mike. A same hour remote quote using phone video was invaluable when living 80+ miles away from them and our destination. They have been incredibly accommodating when both our move date, destination, and storage split had to change last minute. Andy bent over backwards to accomodate our needs, even with a late change in moving day. The movers were extremely friendly and helpful and really wanted to make our lives easier. Their packing was thorough and careful, and not one single glass was broken. They were very conscious of covid safety precautions too. Of all the quotes we received, they were the best value. My parents used this company to move home 26/3/2021. The lads turned up very apologetically as they were running late due to unforseen circumstances from the day before. They got stuck straight in and still managed to load all of the boxes etc by the time scheduled for my parents to hand the keys over. Upon arrival at the new house the lads got straight to unloading the lorries, and were done in 2 hours!!! After a delay due to the solicitors, the lads remained upbeat and energetic. Brilliant work lads thank you so much for taking care with my parents possessions... Ill be using you in the future!!

I would just like to say thank you to Andy and the team for doing a great job at such short notice. We got let down by another removal company last minute and had to be out of our house within 5 days, with our belongings being shipped overseas. Andy and the team quoted the job and organised everything within 24 hours and the packers came in the next day. We are so grateful as Andy and his team worked so hard for us and worked such a long tiring day. On one hand I would love to recommend him but on the other hand he does need a day off !!! All round excellent service . When you move house you have so many worries but please don't worry when choosing this removal company. Also, a note on the boxes - If you take care of his boxes, store them correctly and make sure they are returned in good order there is absolutely no problem at all getting your deposit back. Carlin Brown moved us from London to Bournemouth – and were brilliant every step of the way. They were the cheapest of four quotes, but this was not reflected in their work - they were very professional, friendly and efficient. Andy kept us continually updated with progress and was available at any time of the day. We requested that all our furniture was placed in 2 rooms in the new house, as we wanted to decorate the others. Without asking and at no extra cost, they offered to return 2 months later once the decoration was complete to move the furniture around the house. As you know is difficult times and this was an especially tricky move, and there were unforeseen access problems which created extra work, but they got the job done. Carlin Brown Removals are the removals firm we used to move our rather large and awkward family from one end of Charminster to the other, without a hitch. The removal lads were very helpful and had a great sense of humour which is something you need with our loud and stompy family. They came in to move the bulk of the stuff 24 hours before our move date and within only a few hours we were down to the matresses. Fantastic! Moving Day came and the lads came round and before you know it, we were in our new home . . .Ok we were in Box City, but they did it without any fuss, on the hottest days of the year so far which i am eternally grateful for.
