O. C.On a personal level I liked Ben and his helper Ho, they were friendly and nice people. I did find they were very "relaxed" with regards to getting things done and we were paying on an hourly basis. There were also a few bumps and scrapes that could have been avoided with a bit more care and attention, and things could have been kept clean by using blankets on the tail ramp for example, instead of resting fabric furniture directly on it which meant it needed to be cleaned afterwards.

On the moving day, they were early by a few minutes. Bens team got down to business with packing our furniture. They had all the gear - boxes, sticky tapes, straps, labels, trolley and blankets
The removals from Brighton to London was uneventful and we arrived at the estimated time. Ben and his mates helped with unloading and moving furniture to the correct rooms.
