M. N.When I first sent out for quotes Bristol Van Removals were one of the first to come back with a good price clearly outlining what was included. I contacted Aimee in the office to query a couple of things and she was incredibly helpful and responsive.
I had forgotten to include the room number for the storage unit but one of the team (Max or Liam?) phoned to ask. He communicated very clearly and had a joyful note to his voice. I felt in very safe hands and trusted he would do an excellent job - a lot to say from a phone call!
One mirror was broken (not the fault of Bristol Van Removals team, it was precariously perched on a shelf by the company who moved us last time). As soon as the team arrived at the house they explained what had happened. This clear and excellent communication increased our trust in their service despite the bad news. Excellent job.
Everything was moved quickly, cleanly and with a happy smile. Great job considering the current heat wave we are experiencing.
Overall we are incredibly pleased and will recommend Bristol Van Removals gladly!
A. J.Bristol Van Removals were brilliant from beginning to end of our house move. We had numerous changes to our completion date and had to keep making provisional bookings but they were patient and understanding of our situation. They provided us with plenty of boxes for packing which were delivered really quickly to us.
On the day of our move Nick and Cole were fantastic. They arrived in time and took great care of all our stuff and everything was loaded on the van so efficiently. At the arrival of our new home as things were unloaded they were placed exactly where we required them. None of our stuff was damaged and they were extremely careful ensuring no damage was done to walls/doors in the properties.

On the day, Liam and Max were super friendly and made the moving process (which can be stressful) pretty much stress free. The whole process was so easy and stress-free, Our previous move with another company was very stressful and we didn't want to be in the same position again!
We had an initial home visit with Dave who talked us through the whole process and put us at ease -
The ladies in the office helped us through some very stressful date changes and were always a calming influence! We went for a full packing service - they arrived on time and with all the materials they required.. We left them working for a couple of hours and before we knew it our whole house was packed up neatly and we didn't even lift a finger!
The next day they came to move us and the whole thing worked like clockwork - all the guys were friendly, helpful and very understanding.
Hopefully we won't need to move again soon.. but if we did we would use these guys in a heartbeat!

F.right from the start, the admin team were friendly, quick and helpful and it was great to be able to facetime to show them round to receive our quote. we decided that we wanted to include the packing service and the guys turned up right on time. they were all incredibly friendly, quick and practical, we were packed up in no time! they were also very accepting of our mad labrador who can be very noisy at times!
the guys who came on the moving day were really efficient, helpful and skillful in packing up our home and despite a long wait for the keys, they didn't grumble and were ready to help us get everything in the house in a really quick turnaround. they also even offered to put larger items of furniture exactly where i wanted them when they saw me moving them around!
i could not recommend the team more and to receive our new home card was also such a lovely gesture. we have already recommended you to our friends who will be moving soon!

T. R.Having had a very stressful transaction, Bristol Van Removals made everything about moving our belongings so easy and stress free. From the start Aimee and Livvy were polite friendly and extremely helpful. They went the extra mile to try and accommodate another party in our chain so we could all agree on a date. On move day Billy, Ben, Lee and Justin arrived 15 minutes early. They surveyed our belongings and discussed a plan of action. They loaded our belongings into the vans in three short hours which left us a further 2 hours to clean, so our buyers moved into a nice clean property. They were friendly, polite and extremely efficient. Billy also provided the jokes, which certainly helped to relieve my stress. Key release on our purchase was delayed until 4.15pm as our sellers had not yet moved out, but the lads were not surprised by this. They got to work quickly and by 5.45 we were unloaded. Billy even plumbed in the washing machine, which I was not expecting! (so grateful) I literally could not recommend these guys more. As I am a residential property lawyer expect a lot of work coming your way guys as I will be recommending you to my clients! Keep up the good work! :)

They turned up early but that was fine and before I knew it, they had moved the solid oak chest of drawers down the stairs and into the van. The guys were so friendly and helpful. BVR moved us from a 2nd floor storage unit in West London to Bristol. When they arrived at the unit, we found out that the goods lift wasn’t working, so the gents had to take a lot of our stuff down the stairs to the Luton Van.
The lift was sorted by the afternoon, but it really did add time and effort onto their already very long day. At no point was there even a mutter of complaint from them. Absolute troopers!
When they arrived to our new house in Bristol, it turned out that the road outside our house was being resurfaced, so the amazing gents had to park around the corner and trolley all our belongings and furniture in through the undercroft parking, and in through the back door.
Again, not a single complaint.
They finished at just before 10pm after starting at around 6am.
We have genuinely never used such a polite, hardworking company. These two men are an absolute credit to BVR. We really cannot praise them enough. We only wish we could remember the names, so we could give them the direct praise that they deserve.

T. B.What can I say? We had the most amazing service from Dave and his team at Bristol Van Removals. We moved on a boiling hot day and the guys had to carry our furniture up three flights of stairs, but they kept on smiling and joking throughout the day.
The team worked tirelessly from 8am until 10pm at night, moving all of our boxes and dismantling and erecting three double beds and three big, heavy wardrobes. Nothing was too much trouble and they constantly checked with us that everything was going in the right place and that we were happy with everything.
I really can't fault any aspect of their service and having used other removal firms in the past who were shoddy, miserable and left us with damaged stuff, Bristol Van Removals was a breath of fresh air.

They moved the contents of my three-bedroom flat in London down to a storage unit in Bristol with the minimum of fuss. They arrived on time, quickly got to work, took good care of my belongings, were familiar with how to disassemble different types of furniture correctly to get it in and out. They also took an antique bookcase carefully over the balcony without a (new!) scratch on it. And when I arrived at the storage container I found that I had underestimated how much storage I needed, but they had stayed late to work all of my belongings neatly into place like a game of Tetris. There was only an inch of space left in there and I was impressed at how dedicated you would have to be, after a long day of lifting and shifting, and after a 250 mile round trip, to ensure that all the furniture fitted neatly in that unit. A really top class team that I'd highly recommend.

The costs were also very reasonable. Can't fault them in any way and would thoroughly recommend them.
