e. k.Hiring Andy gives us peace of mind knowing they will take care of our moving professionally and leave us nothing to worry about. It’s money well spent. Our flat has lift but can’t use one to move furniture, so Andy and team needed to back and forth for hours but always with smile (and sweat of course!) never i heard them grumpy, they also very careful with our things. They have done the amazing job to move my sofa - It was too big for the entrance of new house. They did the several attempts but it stuck. I decided to make it returned. But they asked me to allow them to do the one more try at the end of the moving then it successfully came through the entrance.

Andrew was friendly, responsive and came to visit prior to our move. The quote was competitive compared to other local companies. The team turned up at the pre-arranged time on moving day and worked quickly to move us within 4 hours start to finish (2 bedroom house, with a 30 minute transit time). Throughout the work the team were careful with our belongings and worked with us to make sure that we had the best start in our new home. They were able to complete all of of this, despite us providing an unusually challenging layout and parking situation in our old property.

Andy came on his own to start packing 2 days before then Andy and Luke came to pack and load the majority of our home in the large van the day before. They were very considerate, making sure we still had the bare essentials the night before., before finishing off on move day The move day they worked relentlessly from 7.30am to 7pm and we really couldn't have asked for more from them. I was particularly impressed that all soft furnishings, cream sofas etc were carefully protected with robust padded covers to keep everything clean and other items such as tables and wardrobes were carefully protected with generous padding to prevent scratching. The guys worked tirelessly loading and unloading and all-in-all the service was super-quick, moving all the large items from a 3 bed house in Chepstow to Newport in less than six hours - made my move quite seamless. Went to Excalibur after being massively overquoted by other companies and after meeting Andrew, it was clear to see that these guys are really here to help whatever your needs.
I only moved from a small bedroom flat and Andrew was quick with coming back with a price (which was VERY reasonable!) and nice clear instructions about what to do before hand/on the day.
On moving day, he arrived early and was incredibly productive with the entire move being completed within a 2 hour slot. Andrew took away any stresses involved with my house move and made the experience really pleasurable.

t.I used excalibur removals in January 2015 it was by far the best moving experience to date I have used other companies in the past and all were disappointing but with excalibur I felt my home was in safe hands. I had all my furniture wrapped in covers and blankets even down to the TV having its own personal cover the packing was done to perfection and the customer service was unbelievable!
