All the staff at Longwell Green office but in particular Ryan, is always extremely helpful, friendly & obligating. Provide an excellent service & the facility is great value. Ryan on a number of occasions has gone above & beyond to me. Great customer services that shouldn’t go unrecognised :) thanks again

All of the team at the Bristol Longwell Green branch are really friendly, helpful and very professional, nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a friendly smile . Pricing is very competitive with a large selection of various sized storage units. I would definitely recommend Lok N store to anyone.

Ben at Lok & Store Longwell Green was very helpful. Explained how it all worked. I have used them 5 years ago but Ben went through updated changes. Showed me 3 or 4 different sized lockers & I went for 100 Square foot. Paid first 8 weeks in advance at 50%, bargin. Reception staff are always smiley & welcoming whenever you go in. Made moving out & choosing storage stress free thank you.

Storage itself is pretty good but the up sell on insurance is very frustrating. The team there seem more focused on getting you to take their insurance than anything else. Reminds me of the old warranty selling at Dixons. They take a disproportionate amount of information compared to what is required, a gdpr case waiting to happen if they ever get hacked.

I used their website to look at the options and then started email discussion over the storage options. I received some guidance as to the general size to select from one of the Lok'nStore folks over emails. I then spoke to them in a follow-up call they initiated, reserving a unit of the correct size. I arrived on the Sunday afternoon with the required 2 sets of ID and Gervais (the general manager) patiently went through the necessary paperwork with me. He then showed me to the unit and explained fire safety and the usage of the facilities including the loading bay and trolleys. All in all a straight-forward experience only slightly let down by the quantity of paperwork to be reviewed and signed. A fair price and accessible location (though just an FYI the roads immediately around the site get very congested with shopper traffic).
