Andy and Airon arrived on time early in the morning and worked hard all day until the job was done. Fantastic service from the guys at Managed Mayhem. They packed all of our things the day before (literally just left the house completely unpacked and they packed the lot) and moved us the next day. The guys worked so hard both days, were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. Having one toddler and a baby, they made the move so smooth, making sure all the cupboards and drawers for the kids room stayed as they were so everything was good to go as soon as we got to the new place. Beds set back up for us too. I would highly reccomend them, and definitely reccomend the gold service with the packing, took the stress right out of it!

We had a quick turnaround between exchange and completion and they were so accommodating & reassuring when a slightly stressed out me was trying to find a company to use. We used their packing service and everything was packed so well and took a big part of the stress out of the move. Come moving day the team were so hardworking, friendly and very efficient in getting out belonging onto the vans. Lastly, once unpacked, you can give them a call to come and collect the flattened boxes so they can be reused. Big thumbs up from us 😀

Having never used a removals company before, we weren't really sure what to expect, but Managed Mayhem were fantastic from start to finish. There was plenty of advice for us on how to pack everything and on the day, the team of Andy, Josh and Alex were great to work with. They were good-humoured, professional and able to find solutions to any issue that cropped up, even avoiding dismantling a couple of items of furniture that we felt sure would need to be taken apart and put back together again. Overall, it was as stress-free an experience as moving is ever likely to be and we would be more than happy to recommend the team at Managed Mayhem.

I had found the whole moving process very stressful but they made moving day enjoyable with their upbeat personalities. They worked exceptionally hard and got the job done with no problems. I have recently moved from Bradley Stoke to Peterlee, County Durham. I chose Managed Mayhem from the three quotes I received. They were professional, good value for money and took a lot of the stress out of moving home. Matt went through everything with me when he came to do the quote. Airon and Andy came on the Friday to do the packing and part load the lorry. They made me feel totally at ease with their chatty good humour. On the Monday they arrived on time and loaded the rest of my belongings on the lorry. There were a few bits and pieces they couldn't fit in so went and got another lorry and loaded them. When they arrived at Peterlee it was around 5:30 p.m. but they made sure the bed and all essentials were offloaded before they went to their hotel for the night. They returned the following morning to complete unloading. In the meantime, Matt drove up with another lorry with the few bits that were left behind and did not charge me a penny extra saying this is what I had paid for, even though the original quote had only allowed for one lorry. I would thoroughly recommend this company - service with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.

Managed Mayhem moved us in the high pressured time just before the stamp duty deadline at the end of June. They packed most of our stuff in one day (4 bed house) and did the remainder, the actual move and the unpacking the next day. We were impressed- it’s hard to imagine so much stuff being moved from one location to another but everything was packed properly- no breakages - and all the guys were really nice. Moving house is always stressful and they were constantly reassuring- nothing was a problem. We had the Gold package and they took apart and put together various items of furniture including the beds, hung up our clothes and even made up the beds - bliss at the end of a very long day. Thanks to Andy who was in charge on the day, Matt and Pip for dealing with our lists of queries and special shout out to Eddie for putting everything together and Matt’s uncle for making up the beds!

I can’t rate the team highly enough. They worked incredibly hard for two days to pack and move us. Moving into a first floor maisonette they had a lot of stairs to go up and down, they didn’t complain once and were cheery and helpful the entire time. Re constructed four beds AND put the bedding back on! Lovely guys. I just wish I had remembered to leave out some tea bags so I could have made them a brew. Sorry again!

Was definitely a pleasure dealing with Managed Mayham. Our situation was a bit complicated, we were moving between two cities, and we had lots of furniture and items in storage, some of the storage items needed to go to our new house, others to the old house.. assembly was needed in both the new place and the old place..to complicate things even further we were moving between Christmas and the new year. I choose managed Mayham because they were recommended by others and because of the good reviews, although their quote was around 15% higher than all the other quotes I got, they were well worth the price. Also, Matt came to survey the house and was the only company who actually appreciated how much stuff we had and made a point that we needed more than one truck, other companies didn't. We had a team of 4, lead by Andy, and two trucks.. they were really quick, professional and effectient, move took a day as a half as planned. Everything arrived in excellent condition, the team was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I contacted Matt @ Managed Mayhem Removals twelve days before my wife and I were due to move out of our rental property in Bristol into our first home in Wales. Despite initially not having capacity to help us he managed to move other jobs around to fit us in which we really appreciated. I was provided with a fair quote within twenty four hours of contacting Matt and went for the Silver package. Leading up to the removals day the MMR team (Matt & Pip) were in contact frequently to make sure everything was in hand. On the removals day two professionals, Andy and Eddie, arrived on-time with a Luton van. Despite some concerns about whether we could get all our possessions into the van Andy and Eddie did a super job in getting almost everything safely on-board (my wife and I took any outstanding possessions in our car). We met Andy and Eddie on the other side in Wales and they were just as careful with unloading the van as they were loading it in Bristol. We can't compliment the MMR team highly enough and have recommended them to friends looking to move in future.

I recently moved home and Matt and Laura are close friends of mine so obviously I reached out to them for a quote as I believe it's important to support friends with their new ventures. Tom and his colleague came over right on time and the move happened during the heat wave. It was 34 degrees, Sunday when we moved from Bristol to South Wales and we were stuck on the M4 for 2 hours as the Cardiff tunnel was closed which caused (check the pun) mayhem for hours! It wasn't funny then, trust me. I already knew their prices would be very competitive because I have referred some people to them who mentioned that and were very well impressed. From my experience they were both brilliant and handled everything so nicely and carefully even though it was absolutely boiling and I was still packing a few things that were left. Moving home has been a bit of a nightmare due to several issues we encountered and they really helped make this moving part so smoothly which I really appreciate. Usually mates leave things to be a bit more of a friendly manner but they were so professional, I was so impressed. Wish you all the best for the future with this company, you guys are great! Now we just need to have you over for a bbq! :)

Amazing company! They just make things so easy for you! You can select bronze, silver or gold package, I went for the gold and I didn’t have to lift a finger! They packed, loaded and took my items to my new property in no time. The chaps were brilliant! They took the weight off my shoulder as you know Moving can be a very stressful time! Can't recommend this company more highly. Had arranged for Matt to help me move houses last week, he stayed in touch in the morning of to keep me updated on his arrival time. My possessions were carefully loaded and he had all the equipment to wrap and secure more fragile items like mirrors. He even kindly offered to take some of the items that I was planning on taking in my car (having underestimated how many possessions I had) into his van as he had plenty of extra room. Then somehow beat me to my new house and was happy to wait while I had to go collect my keys before moving all my possessions into the house.
