Move On were wonderful from start to finish. Communication with Jo was brilliant: I always got replies to my emails within a few hours. On the actual moving days Jason and the team were amazing! There was a delay getting into our new house but Jason was really great and knowledgeable about our rights and very patient! I’m so glad we opted for the packing and dismantling service as well because otherwise it would’ve taken us weeks to rebuild all the furniture on our own with small children. We will definitely use Move On again when we next move!

Thank you Move On Removals and Storage for making my move of over 150 miles stress free. Rich and the boys were very professional, they had to walk up 46 stairs and down again many times. They took every care of my furniture, ensuring it was wrapped properly, along with boxed items, when loading and unloading. My items had to go into storage for a while, as the move in date was changed, they were very responsive and able to move me in at short notice when got the new date. I would highly recommend Move on Removals to make your move for you.

Move On Removals were fab from start to end. We had quite a complicated move amalgamating 2 properties into 1 across 2 cities, and via a month of storage. Dealing with Move On Removals took so much of the stress out of the process. Every member of the team was calm, upbeat and enthusiastic. They did a removal from Bristol to Oxford for me. The arrangements via email were very clear. The driver, James, was efficient, pleasant and helpful. He called half an hour before arrival, exactly as promised, and transferred the items very carefully, putting everything in the best and safest position. He was also extremely friendly and cheerful. Prior to our move, the administration and logistics were communicated well so that we knew what to expect and how the move would progress. Although we have now moved into our ‘forever’ house, if we were to move again, this would be the company that we would choose.

We used Move On to move house, they were recommended by a friend, and I'm so pleased we did. The move was completely stress free. We did a 2 day move, so the team turned up the day before our move and packed everything except what we needed for the next 24 hours. The next day then became so much more relaxed than other moves we have experienced. The team were fantastic, not only were they all friendly, polite and professional, they were actually enjoyable to have around! There was a real sense of care from them. They worked really hard until everything was done. They take their job seriously and understand that they are not just moving possessions but peoples memories as well. This is the second time that we have worked with Richard and his team and they were absolutely fantastic. Due to covid safety measures we were not there when they removed everything from our property but we had regular updates and photos showing everything being protected and the property being left spotless when they left. They are also absolutely amazing at fitting all our furniture into a small place, I couldn't see how it was all going to fit, but they made it fit perfectly and wrapped up items in protective wrapping as well. We will definitely be using them again when we move again in August!

We had a fairly short notice removal as we didn't know whether our purchase would complete on the required day. We had therefore discussed with Richard and the team the option of moving into storage which they had organised for us and we then could make the judgement on the day. Luckily the purchase did complete on the day and we could move to our new house. The Move On guys were great and everything was loaded, dismantled and packed up safely and securely before heading on to our new home. The unpacking was a bit more of a challenge as we had both a large hill, stairs and wet weather to contend with but Richard and the team did everything with ease. The hardest part was keeping out of their way whilst they did all the work! Would thoroughly recommend Move On and Richard in particular is very attentive and responsive when going through the booking and confirming the date and times. The Move On team were exceptional. My husband and I are were delighted with both the effort and dedication the team took with the complex job we had. We started in Bristol did a first drop at end destination in Bath, went onto Wokingham made a collection, onto London to dismantle furniture and load and back to Bath. Even when hitting a tricky situation with a USA sized bed and a narrow staircase for attic conversion; the team found ingenious ways to solve the problem.
