L. C.On the Dot Removals made the whole painful process of moving so much better. They turned up, on the dot at 8.30 with the strongest, calmest men I've ever met. They packed our stuff with care and attention, were reassuring about the whole process throughout and were just the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. There were at the new place waiting for me while I got the keys and they unpacked in half the time.
On the Dot were worth every single penny. Moving house was the most stressful thing I've ever done and to have such an incredible team working to help me at the last stage took a lot of the pressure off me.
I did consider doing it myself, hiring vans and getting friends to help but I'm so glad I didn't attempt it.
I really cannot say enough nice things about On The Dot, they were just amazing.

We moved from a 3 bed terrace to a 4 bed detached. The packing took 3 hours and the unload took about an hour and a half.
All 4 chaps were really friendly and approachable and the admin guys in the office were really patient and helpful while we battled with securing an actual exchange and completion date before hand.
I would recommend to anyone, especially with their price match.

On the day of the move from one flat to another the other side of Bristol everything went so well and quickly done . The access in both flats was tight but there was no moaning or damage caused to either my furniture or property it was just a case of logical thinking by both guys and popping the feet off the sofas and jobs done . The fridge freezer was also a tricky item but once again no problem for the team and quickly resolved

T. J.On The Dot are excellent. Professional, friendly removal men who recently moved us out of our First Floor Flat in central Bristol. We had an issue with completing on our house (it was 3 hours late) and they kindly filled their van and patiently waited during this time for us to sort it out. All smiles, no issues. They were careful and diligent with our stuff and actually acted like they cared about the process. Their prices are highly competitive and I would definitely book them again.

m. r. b.On The dot removals were fantastic from start to finish I could not fault them. We moved from a full 2 bedroom house in Frenchay to a 3 bedroom house in Fishponds with completion all happening on the day of our move. The office staff were understanding and accommodating as are move date changed several times! They advised a survey of which I had 3 from separate companies. Josh arrived for our survey on bike which I was most impressed by and seemed very genuine and trustworthy. The price was a little over there lowest quote but we went with them out of principle. They advised two removals vans which was just enough space to get everything out in one trip and assured us there was a van on standby if needed which thankfully it wasn’t. The removal men John, Rob and Dave were friendly and helpful throughout they didn’t seem rushed despite the size of the task and seemed to work very well together. They arrived the day before the move and packed everything up which took a little longer than expected but they did also dismantle furniture in preparation the move, and all the boxes were reused which is a nice touch. Without doubt I would recommend On The Dot Removals to family and friends. Keep up the good work and Thanks !!

A. P.I was moving from Bristol to Cambridge and the guys from On the Dot Removals were super helpful. I had a lot of things and was afraid it wouldn't all fit in one truck, but Tim and Ollie did a wonderful job. They used every tiny bit of space and managed to get all in. Many other companies wouldn't care and at best would offer you to book another car to charge you more.

R. E.We had a mixed experience with on the dot removals. The guys who came to move us were great and worked really hard but they got the timings wrong and it was a stressful experience. I think their ethos is great and loved that they came to see the house on a bicycle. I cannot fault them for effort but I think they are probably better suited to smaller moves. They are not experienced with dismantling large furniture and did not have the right tools for the job, I have some scratches on furniture and they had to come back to collect some things that they forgot. So absolutely all credit to them for not stopping and coming back to finish. I would probably have rated them higher if I had not got a call a few days later to say I didn't pay enough, I suggest people request a receipt on handing over the money so there is no question on what has been paid and they need to be more organised on this front. They moved us from a 3 bed semi house I would recommend them for smaller moves.

J. F.On the Dot removals were brilliant. I just found them online, and filled out the online form to get a quote. Within a couple of hours the quote came back and it was a lot cheaper than other places we had looked at (£135 for 3 hours, with a van and 2 removal men). They confirmed an arrival time and the names so it all seemed quite organised.
The two guys (Andrew and Enric) arrived on time and were really friendly! They moved a lot of large furniture down 4 flights of stairs in an old townhouse in clifton, with no complaint and did it quickly and efficiently. The stairs are narrow and steep so we felt a bit guilty, but we were grateful they were so nice about it and they clearly knew what they were doing.
They delivered the furniture to our new place in a similarly friendly and efficient fashion, so we couldn't have asked for more really. All of it was done within 2-2.5 hours.
