There's not a lot to say because the storages done just what they said it would all very easy access, tidy units 1st class lay out & if you had any issues they were sorted very promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend thanks Robert Thorne

UK storage are fantastic. The site is easy to get to and navigate. The lockers are clean and secure, but this is all the functional stuff. What UK storage totally excel at is customer service. From start to finish the experience was superb. From the initial chat on the phone, the text message details about security details, to the follow up call after I'd left, the team were brilliant. I really don't think there was anything more they could have done to help.

A great storage location, conveniently located as most I found were the wrong side of Bristol for me! Loved that I could have 24-7 access and I felt that my belongings were completely secure. Also appreciated the free furniture covers available, a really great added extra. Would 100% recommend, the staff are really helpful and were so kind, even when we lost the key in our moving chaos!

We chose UK Storage Company in Avonmouth as it is easily accessible from the Motorway and you can drive straight up to the storage unit for easy unloading. No need for trolleys and lifts. We had a choice of unit sizes and the administration was all done over the phone and online and was very straightforward. The whole site is very clean and feels very secure. I would certainly use again and recommend to friends.

I’ve just started using UK storage following a friend recommendation. I’ve been really pleased so far - really good introduction offer of half price for 3 months and service excellent. Help desk called to make sure everything was ok at all stages and the site itself is well located and convenient for me to get to. Free 24 hour access is a nice touch for a month, but I probably won’t request after that just because I don’t need it (but handy if you do)!

I chose this storage company because it's cheaper than any other storage units. It's easy to access and the units are clean & all are accessible by car. Even though my unit is in the middle it's still only a few yards to get to my storage unit. Excellent service from the staff. I can highly recommend this storage company.

Excellent in every way. 24 hour access with a gate code, clean and dry storage at a negotiated and very reasonable price. Good response times on phone calls too. Would definitely use them again. Recommended.

Olay. Expensive though. They just added a price increase of £16 a month!!! I complained that this was a really outrageous price hike and they reduced my price increase by half so they're not all bad. Some units cannot be accessed by parking outside them, you have to walk between the rows of other units. It's okay I suppose, they're all pretty much the same. PS: the storage units were broken into for the 2nd time in about 3 months. They seriously need a 24 security guard on site - after all, they're charging a fortune so how much would it cost to employ a security guard? Not much compared to what they change their customers.

Great people to deal with. Everything went smoothly and I had no problems at all. The unit was lovely and clean and the padlock and key were all ready for me. Dead easy access with the passcode gate and the location. I'd definitely recommend to friends and family.
