Extremely efficient and it couldn't have been easier. We were met at the door and helped immediately with the cage which we filled and locked. Its was then taken away for storage. the whole process took a matter of minutes.

Excellent service from enquiry, booking, turning up for boxes take and bubble wrap through to depositing our stuff. Can’t fault them! Very professional friendly and helpful.

The place is ok itself, the area surrounding is pretty sketchy, the building itself is safe and secure other wise I wouldn't have stored my belongings. Fair price, just make sure you go within the allocated time or they will charge you for not being on time or making them wait. 10-4 Sunday 8-6 Saturday don't forget that. Great staff for the most part.

Really good experience with Safestore Cardiff, guy in the office was super helpful and made sure I had the perfect sized space for all my things. I had to move house and couldn't move into my new place for a month, so decided to go home and get storage, it was my first time using a storage unit but I'm glad I did. I got a really good deal, there was a lift and trollies to move all my stuff easily and the signing in and out process was so easy. Thanks Safestore Cardiff for making one less thing on my list less stressful 👍🏼 Highly recommended ☺️

We have been using Safestore Cardiff for 5 months to store our personal belongings whilst in-between homes. The security in the unit is excellent and 24 hr access available with a key fob when out of hours. The staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Would have no hesitation in recommending this facility or using it again ourselves if the need should arise.

Very helpful team. I’m glad to have kept my items with them for nearly a year. Especially during unpredictable times, they were able to provide the best service in accommodating to the changes. Moving in was as easy as moving out. Help was provided throughout. Iam very satisfied. Also despite being abroad, I was still able to communicate back and forth both by email and phone. Their emails came back quick within 20 minutes (or quicker) as long as it’s within working hours.
