They worked hard all day moving us from Fordham to Hadleigh. We were lucky with the weather, the sun was out all day. The team put all our furniture and boxes in the correct rooms, with care.

N.Richard moved myself and my husband twice in 4 months, once out of a flat into storage and the second out of storage and into a house. He is absolutely brilliant. Richard (and his family!) went the extra mile after my husband hid our camera in the cab for safe keeping and forgot about it. But Richard made sure it got back to me through his son.

A. P.A massive thanks to Richard for being so helpful. After I approached him, I could not confirm the date of the move for some time. Richard bore with me patiently during this period. When we had agreed the date and I requested an earlier time on the day of the move, he obliged me. This enabled me to travel at a convenient time. I am very grateful to Richard for being so flexible.
Richard's rates are always reasonable and excellent value for money.
He is so helpful when it comes to loading and unloading. Not only is he punctual and prompt, he arrives ahead of time. He is very brisk and efficient. I had allocated an hour for loading. We were done in 20 minutes.
I probably had more items than Richard had expected. However, there was not a murmur of complaint from him.
On the day of the move, I had to make some last-minute changes to the plan. Richard accepted these changes graciously.
The room I was moving into was some way from the main road where Richard had parked, and he had to carry some heavy items a long way and then up the stairs. Richard did all of this cheerfully, with a smile.
An important quality of Richard is his trust-worthiness. I trust him completely. He is a thorough professional and he is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. He is a good man and lovely to talk to during the journeys.
I would like to express my gratitude to Richard for a fantastic removal service which made the whole process very smooth and stress-free.
