The most amazing pet moving company! We worked with Emma during the very difficult times of lockdown April-July 2020 and she was so good at keeping us updated and so knowledgeable about the different paperwork required. Then Rachael came to collect our 3 dogs that were moving from Newcastle to Auckland. She was so lovely, kind and caring with them! She made a lovely video of them leaving the country and put the following photo of our dog on her crate. We felt that our precious pets were loved and safe. We highly recommend this company.

Overall great experience! From start to finish: called 2 companies (fetch a pet and pet air UK) and received quotes, fetch a pet’s was $500 cheaper than the other company and they responded faster with more information. I filled out the required paperwork for both companies and both companies explained that my larger dog would need a custom made crate built, but the competitor company also said my smaller dog needed a larger crate, which wasn’t true because the measurements were a lot more than large enough. Fetch a pet used the smaller dog crate and there were no issues which gave me a lot of confidence they had experience and really knew the rules! So then I signed a contract with fetch a pet and waited to hear from them. I was very concerned flying during the pandemic and the first flight I requested to have the dogs booked on was cancelled, but Rachel and Emma continued to communicate with me and got the dogs booked on the only flight leaving the next week. Their experience clearly showed and I felt confident that they would put the dogs first and ensure they got from point A to point B safely and efficiently. The day of travel, we drove to Heathrow to meet Rachel and hand over the dogs, she was very calm and we could tell she worked well with animals. When the dogs had left, she sent a couple messages and photos showing how the dogs had made it through the x-ray. This was much appreciated! It costs a lot of money to send animals from the UK, much more than shipping them out of the USA but using fetch a pet made it significantly easier than doing it all myself (as had done previously) so I would say it was worth it. I would 100% use this company again

Fetchapet did an amazing job moving our kitty Sunny from London to Singapore, of which they handled literally every part of the move, door to door. Despite us being worried and stressed about her move, the team at Fetchapet remained responsive and professional the whole way through. Highly recommend this company for those looking.

When we decided to move two dogs across the globe during a developing pandemic, we had no idea of how challenging it would be. Rachel and team dealt with Airlines cancelling routes, our destination country demanding the dogs be Covid tested and various other challenges being placed in front of them like the amazing professionals they are. From boarding and vet services in the UK to arranging (and rearranging) flights, Fetchapet exceeded our best hopes at every turn. One of the best decisions I've ever made was the day I called Rachel. Emma and the team have been looking after our gorgeous cat for about 6 weeks now until he could fly to join us in NZ. They have been totally professional from the beginning, have kept us up to date and sent us photos and information on how our boy was doing. They have made what could be a very stressful process very smooth, and have given our boy lots of love and attention all while coping with a global pandemic. I moved to Uganda 8 months ago it didn't take long for me to start missing dogs in my life! I always planned to bring a dog from the UK but wasn't sure how to go about it. I bought a border collie puppy from a friend in the UK and started to plan to ship him to Uganda. I contacted several companies for assistance and the first one to reply was Fetchapet. Not only the first, but by far the most polite, informative and friendly. After this, the process was smooth from start to finish. Emma and Rachel were so helpful in doing everything that needed to be done, from DEFRA certificates to looking after my dog Rafi the night before the flight. They also communicated with the Vet in Uganda to ensure that all the paperwork was in order and prepared meaning Rafi was in customs for a very short time. I can not thank the Fetchapet team enough for making it so easy. Like many dog owners who move, I was worried about the impact the journey would have a dog, especially a young one, but Fetchapet gave us so much confidence and reassurance. Rafi settled very quickly in Uganda and it is now like he has been here forever. I recommend Fetchapet to anyone looking to move a pet abroad, and if needed I will certainly use them again. A huge thank you to Emma and her team at Fetch-a-Pet for helping us navigate the international requirements to get a new puppy that we had chosen from a breeder in England to us in Bermuda. They worked to ensure the least stress to our little guy during the process, including picking him up from the breeder the morning of the flight, and emailing me to update me with where he was and what his progress was! Emma helped answer every query I had quickly, professionally and she made sure all the required paperwork was finished when it needed to be! Our puppy is now home with us and you'd never know he spent his day yesterday in transit! I know that has a lot to do with how he was treated during his transfer and we can't thank them enough for loving our little guy while we couldn't be there! Highly recommend their services!

What an amazing team! Like any pet owner one has reservations about transporting a pet from one country to another by air but be reassured these guys know all there is to know and will hold your hand throughout the process. Nothing is too much trouble and it didn’t matter how many times I called or emailed Rachel she was a Superstar without question. Thank you Rachel and Rachel and the rest of your team, Millie and I finally made it back to the USA and home to Florida. Whoop! Whoop!

Amazing Service - One of a kind!! My mum bought a Lufthansa ticket which allowed my dog to sit in the cabin with her. I have spoken/email around 30 pet agencies and they all refused to help me out because they do not understand the requirements travelling via cabin. Rachel @ Fetchapet has been helpful since day one and managed to sort out all the travel documents, certifcates and other necessary documents to enter in to Singapore. I am pleased to say my dog has arrived in Singapore with my mum, with no quarantine. I highly recommend Fetchapet!
