Higgins Removals provided us with a first class service. From the very beginning we felt like we would be in good hands. They were very responsive and friendly, visiting quickly to assess our house move. The price was fair, and communication was excellent. On the day, the team arrived on time, and efficiently dealt with our belongings in a respectful way. Everyone was courteous and friendly, but they all worked extremely hard. They also dealt with disassembling and reassembling the furniture, and this was handled with no fuss. The packing in the vans was done expertly, so that none of the items moved in transit. All of our belongings arrived safely in the new house, apart from a minor issue with a wardrobe, which was repaired at their cost. These things happen and the fact that it was resolved so easily is a good sign. We were extremely pleased with our choice, and would certainly use them again.

They also charged us a very reasonable fee considering what was involved (dismantling furniture, putting it together in the new house and the travelling distance). Hi everyone this morning I used Higgins Removals for the first time, to move three items of furniture. They arrived early, dressed smartly & greeted me with a good morning and a smile. They promptly loaded the van making sure they were very careful with the furniture and it was secure at all times. Once we had arrived at the furniture's new location they unloaded making sure the furniture was put exactly where I wanted it to go. At all times they were helpful, obliging & curitious. Great value and excellent customer service! Both the boys were really friendly but so professional, and they were very careful with everything. Took apart my bed and rebuilt it as it wouldn’t fit through the door frame, was quoted over £400 more for my house removal from another company!
