They make everything so effortless and quick but efficient. They can also provide boxes , packing and storage if required too. Cannot recommend this family run business enough. Have used them twice in the last year…. for ourselves our furniture had to go into storage for a couple of weeks, and then my elderly parents last week. The lads are absolutely great, smart and professional in their approach….they just get on with the job and nothing is ever to much trouble. They certainly take the stress out of what can be a very stressful day

These guys are bloody brilliant! After a very stressful experience with another removal company (loosing our deposit etc) these guys were completely and utterly worth the wait!!! They made the whole day so much better, nothing was too much to ask, they smiled throughout the whole day and made us feel at ease the whole time! We hired Dobbs to cover our house move last week and we are so glad we did! They are amazing, from start to finish. I made the initial query call to Jackie Dobbs who rang me back straight away and was around to our house the next day to assess what we needed. Jackie is a consummate professional and gave me loads of advice about packing etc (we opted to pack for ourselves). Their quote came through the next day by email which was excellent and what's even more impressive is they don't charge for waiting on the day, which other companies did. They then delivered all the boxes/packing materials for us exactly when they said they would. We had a pre-load the day before move and then Kevin Dobbs and his team arrived bang on time and they are just a joy of a team to be around. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble and their light-hearted banter between themselves and with us helped to take any stress out of the situation. We kept them well supplied with tea and biscuits and they were just amazing. Our house was packed up in no time and when we got to the new house, there was a delay of 2 hours with money changing hands etc, but Kevin and the team were still happy and fine about it all even though it kept them later on a Friday afternoon than necessary. We would 100% recommend Dobbs to anyone moving house - they take all the stress out of the move day completely! We won't be moving again, but if in the very unfortunate event we did have to, it would be Dobbs that I ring! Thank you to Jackie and Kevin and all the guys, you are great! Kay and Neal

Good service and helpful staff. Storage crates, the staff need a bit of notice to get them down by fork lift for you, but for long term storage, or large items, it's ideal. The cost is the cheapest around Colchester area for storage, definitely worth checking out...
