I received excellent service from Andy and the Team at Midlands Moves. The initial quotation was very thorough and they really took the time to understand our needs. The team arrived on time on the move day and all the lads were incredibly friendly, helpful and funny. Nothing was too much trouble - I needed a sofa “destroying” in order to dispose of and everyone was more than happy to jump in! They’re a super hard working bunch, great with kids and animals and thoroughly deserving of a 5 star review. Highly recommended!

Andy and his team are fantastic. From start to finish the communication was excellent, they explained every step of the service. The team are friendly and easy to get along with. The attention to detail, and care shown to our belongings was astonishing. The move felt like it was going too smoothly with absolutely no stress. My car battery died as we sat outside the estate agents, while Andy and the team were sat outside my new home. Andy offered to send one of the vans to see if they could get me started. They had access to my new property and started moving in. They had been provided with a rough plan of the rooms and when we arrived at our new home all furniture and boxes were in the right place. Highly recommend Midlands Moves. Completely took the stress out of the move and felt very comfortable with the professional, friendly team.

Midland Moves is the best removals company I have ever come across. Andy & his team are just marvellous. I have used a few and my moves have generally been with large ones. The professionalism and patience with which Andy & his team went about with was truly fantastic. Knowing how stressed we were, they constantly put us at ease with their humour and calmness. Andy and his team did a great job packing and moving for us. He was easy to communicate with ahead of time, quote was reasonable and he was happy to advise on various matters. On the packing and moving days, the team were hardworking and efficient. They were fun to be around, had a laugh without losing focus on the task in hand. They went out of their way to be kind and friendly to our kids at the points they were around too. We were into our new house with essential furniture rebuilt in good time to get the kids to bed at their usual bedtime! Now a couple of weeks down the line, we've unpacked most things and everything seems to have been taken good care of. Would highly recommend this company.

Andy and the team at Midlands Moves are a truly professional team of movers. They moved our family into our new home with consummate ease and not the slightest bit of hassle. I cannot recommend Andy and the team from Midlands Moves highly enough. From the first visit when Andy surveyed the job right through to the move itself they were courteous, professional, their attention to detail was second to none and they made the whole day of the move itself as stress free as possible. They were brilliant, quick, professional, friendly and a pleasure to be with. We honestly can't recommend Midlands Moves enough. My mum lives on her own and Andy has been brilliant with her from the get go. As with most house sales there were hiccups and Andy kept in regular contact and assured her whenever the date came, they'd be ready. If there is one word to express my experience with Midland Moves it would be...'Fandabidosi!' From the first time I met Andy when he came to do me a quote, up to and including the move day, I had no doubts that they wouldn't let me down. Having worked in the removals industry many, many, many, years ago I was very impressed with his approach, together with his colleagues. I moved from Warwickshire to Scotland and everything went absolutely perfectly. I was Andy and his Lovely partner (possibly long suffering!)Nat who moved me in. They made sure I was completely happy before they left, which I was. Makes a change these days to get a company that does what they say there going to do! You can be totally confident that they will look after you and make your move a more relaxed experience!

Andy and his team are fantastic. He kept me updated throughout the whole packing and moving process. They had quite a task emptying my house. They carried my 17’ oak table out and over the terrace wall with teamwork and worked through everything without any problems, nothing was too much trouble. Andy was extremely accomodating throughout a very lengthy and arduous conveyancing process. When we finally settled on a date, they were professional, quick and very friendly. We used MM for the packing service as well as the moving service. Their quote was excellent and provided all the assurances you could require. The equipment they use to protect your possessions is high quality and they move through your house like ninjas. Every possible situation was considered and accounted for and even when curveballs presented themselves, the team responded deftly. The moving day was equally incredible. Wish I could give more stars! Absolutely fantastic service from Andy, Aaron and team from start to finish. This was a very last minute move but that was no problem for the team. Quoted Tuesday and in doing the full pack Thursday. Everything was handled with respect and care - no damage or breakages at all. Moving homes is a stressful activity. The best thing that we did was select Midland Moves to help us. Andy and his friendly, professional and efficient team have been amazing. Everything was explained clearly throughout. They said what they would do and, more importantly, did what they said. Andy made sure he put my mind at ease when getting hold of the keys was delayed until after 4pm. Not once did I hear them complain. His team worked until late and then even came back the next day to build up wardrobes and position them to complete the job (a round trip of over 100 miles). This is what you call service beyond expectations. I wholeheartedly thank them for their work and recommend them to all.
