R. S.We needed both a mailbox and self storage at the Derby branch which involved 2 separate processes and different Proofs of ID. This required both online access to the website and face-to-face dealings. Ours were with Vita who was immensely helpful and made both procedures very easy. We did all this a day ago and are already very satisfied.
M. B.A bit mixed. The facility is fine. Clean and secure and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was disappointed the extra discount offered in a follow-up email to me wasn`t applied when I took the unit (a further 20% off for 6 months after the initial offer expires) - just the two months half price and the insurance isn`t cheap, so I might be tempted to keep the unit on for less time than I initially planned to.

The staff member I dealt with was very friendly and professional, even when I made her restart the whole process of signing me up due to me forgetting something. The pricing was competitive. Bonus points for an NHS discount, and I also got a free padlock worth £10 when I filled in a online survey when I initially looked for quotes online. Moved in the last of my furniture, everything seems very secure and safe.
S. T.Helpfulness varies. There was a small water leak in the locker, they moved everything to a new locker for us. Over covid, their times for general access have shrunk.

A. S.Staff friendly and helpful but today I experienced some people in the storage unit not wearing face coverings. Hand sanitizer at all entries for customer use. Lift clearly states one person in the lift at a time. Markings on the floor by the lifts, on each floor to adhere to social distancing measures. Had I not experienced people without face masks I would have given 5 stars.
d. p.I began my journey into moving house, and so I stumbled accross self storage as ill have few months til property exchang, after searching various companies I came across Access Self Storage. I visited their local branch in Derby.
And was welcomed by some excellent customer service, he went on to explain in simple details of how easy self storing was.
After a look around the branch and viewed various size storage units, I was advised to leave a simple reservation and the size storage unit was mine for when I needed to start the storage .
Couldn't of felt any more welcomed and accommodated. Even followed with a call prior to my move in to remind me of what to bring in on the day. The young man Is a true asset to your company, and wish in this current world situation. There was more people like him
