We used Bass removals a few weeks ago. I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I thought I should. We had a very large property to move and it was not your average move. From the very first contact speaking with Jane and organising a free quote with a visit from David, we knew this company was exactly what we needed. The team on the day was led by Andy and was very, very organised and looked after all my furniture and belongings really very well indeed. Everything was packed in the vehicles and wrapped just almost like a work of art. Through out the day the team were great to have about and I really couldn't ask for anything more. A very big thank you to all the team at Bass removals and all the best for the future. John

Just a fabulous experience. David and his team were really good to deal with from the first telephone call. They picked and moved us into storage and after a few weeks moved us to our new home. A really stressful process made really easy and all at a good price. We had three quotes and Bass removals were the most expensive on the move but cheapest on the storage. The experience on the move days really showed and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you.

These guys did an amazing job. They arrived early, were friendly, got everything loaded fast but carefully. The unload was just as smooth. The team were polite, nice, willing to go the extra mile and were lovely guys. This was my first house move and when all got a bit overwhelming they just got on and were really kind. And best of all, it was my partner and mines first home, and before they came in for the unload they let us have our little 'moment' inside. Things like that really matter. I would sincerely recommend them!

Well what can I say about this company? Fantastic. The whole experience for us was nothing short a brilliant. David came out to visit us and was great to deal with and really put us at ease straight away and was on hand to answer any questions we had leading up to our move. Amazing service. From the start David was very helpful and really knows his stuff. Compared to other removal companies we had to quote he was totally head and shoulders above the other representatives. The team on the day was superb. John, Jay, Dan and Stuart work so hard and provided us with smiles all through the move. Nothing was too much trouble and the day went very well indeed. Our service included a full packing service and also the taking apart of our furniture and reassembling it. Really pleased.

We moved into a 3 story house with a difficult staircase to negotiate with our furniture and they went above and beyond to get our furniture to where it needed to go and our sons have two quirky beds that needed to be reassembled , which they did as part of the service. As a disabled person it was very important for me to find a good removal company. The boss came and saw me personally gave a very good value quote and the lads went over and above in their job. Great bunch of lads who were efficient, friendly and to be honest, just lovely. However, I must mention one man in particular. I think his name is Andy. He has Jack Russell's, so maybe that will help identify him. I have a ceramic sleeping cat, which contain the ashes of my cat, who was my soulmate. To me, this is priceless. Andy really appreciated the way I felt about this 'ornament', the way he treated Kit-Kat, that was his name, was beyond belief. Such reverence, such care. I was bawling my eyes out, as it still hurts, however, Andy, carefully wrapped him in numerous sheets of paper and then bubble wrapped him. I cannot explain just how much this meant to me. Yes, I would recommend this company, not only for their professionalism, but also their compassion to a crazy old cat lady. By the way I now have two other old cats, and whilst the 'boys' were packing my belongings, they showed the utmost respect to my 'oldies' ! Thanks, boys!!!
