Fantastic service, having used multiple other companies nationwide in the past. Easy to get a quote, reasonable price, arrived on time, really pleasant team of 4 men (Ben, Rich, Clint and Louis), who got us packed up, shipped out and moved in in just over half a day, leaving us a few hours to sort the chaos of boxes before the kids came home from nursery. Very tidy, absolutely no damage, took the utmost care in both properties, disassembly and assembly done professionally, moved some very difficult items of furniture including a piano. If we ever had to move again, I would definately call this company first. Will be recommending them.

This removal company is the best we have ever used!! 5 Star! We had a big move, 5 bedroom house with lots of ‘stuff’. They were very calm, very professional, very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them – they even lent us a trolley to help arrange all of our many pots after the move! Excellent communication, lovely lorries and no damage to anything at all. They made our move extremely stress free. Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. Called Kev and he came round in a couple of days and quoted for our move from Derby to Ayrshire, quote was the best we had but that wasn't the only reason to choose House to Home as we were impressed by his professional but friendly approach. We had to cancel our move once at short notice but that wasn't a problem and Kev was very understanding. Due to the distance involved Kev and his team arrived early and within an hour and a half they'd loaded up and were on the road. When we arrived at our new home Clint and John did a great job in unloading the van into our small two bed cottage, no fuss, no mess. Great guys. It’s the second time we’ve used House to Home Removals and we’ve been really happy and impressed with Kevin & the team. We’ve used two other removal companies previously (one very well known) and have been disappointed but when we gave House to Home a try we were more than happy with their service. The quoting service is professional and friendly, they were spot on time the morning of the move and even did our full packing (at a cost) the day prior to the move. Everything is packed very well, nothing was broken (the previous 2 companies both broke items) and the team are patient, polite, hard working and a credit to the company. We used House to Home to move us from one property the short distance to the new. The process from quotation to moving us was very smooth. The packing process took a lot of stress away for us and was completed very professionally. Everything was taken care of and very well packed. On moving day the lads arrived and loaded the van and were sat waiting for us to have the keys, once we had those they came into the new property and covered our carpets with covers in order to protect our carpets. They worked hard to unload as quickly as possible with everything ending up in the right rooms. Fantastic service and so very grateful that they made the moving process so straight forward - thank you!

Kevin and his team provided me with a first class home removal service and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them in the future. From initial contact they were extremely helpful, always very polite, and straightaway I could tell I was dealing with a professional outfit. I cannot recommend this removal company highly enough!!! My move was a very stressful relocation amidst a global pandemic, and Kevin and his guys were absolutely BRILLIANT!!! Kevin remained calm and patient when answering my many questions and reassured me every step of the way. My move was plagued by many COVID related delays, which impacted on moving dates and my entire life being boxed up and remaining in storage for many extra weeks. We used House to Home removals just over two weeks ago and found the company to be thoroughly professional, courteous, patient and polite. When they first arrived to provide us with a quote, they said that they aimed to make our 'moving' experience as stress free as possible and they really did deliver on this promise. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, they even disassembled our wardrobes and reassembled them at our new home. All of our clothes were packed into protective racks for the time in transit and the whole team wore overshoes in both our old house and new home and were so careful, that there were no breakages or damage of any kind to anything. I have never used a removals company but saw the that they were emptying the property we were moving into so gave them a call. Kev arranged to come round within a couple of days and we arranged the removal for the following Saturday after giving me a simple quote straight away after a quick tour around the house. Three of them came (including Kevin) on time and had emptied the house in under 2 hours. By lunchtime they had put all the furniture in the rooms into our new home where we wanted it. Very impressed with the service and how professional they are and would definitely recommend.

Kev and his team moved us from Derby to Cornwall and we had absolutely loads of stuff. The guys worked really hard loading and managed to get all of our things safely into 2 large vans in record time. Impressed that they kept our outdoor things separate from the house belongings. On arrival at our new home they had their work cut out as the previous owners had not finished removing all of their things. The guys remained professional and worked around this going above and beyond and removed things out that we didnt want. All in the blazing sun to boot and I couldnt even make them a drink! Amazing service from Kevin (& co!). Had a number of large pieces of furniture being moved between office spaces via some tricky spaces and up and down lots of stairs... The guys took it all in their stride, did more than they were expected to including dismantling and re-assembling several units. Would highly recommend them for home or office move and will definitely be using them again for my own house move in the near future.

The 5 guys arrived at 745 a.m and checked out the house and garden in terms of what needed moving. Carpet protectors were put down & thy set about the task efficiently and courteously, barely stopping for the hot drinks we provided. Nothing was too much trouble with the lads happy to put boxes and furniture wherever we wanted. the vans were packed and unpacked with no drama. They checked several times that everything was where we wanted before they left. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

It was am excellent service from Kevin and his team from start to finish. At the beginning of the request we were unsure of the moving date and Kevin did everything he could to reserve two dates for us. On the day of the move Kevin and his team turned up at 8am as promised and they packed up a 3 Bedroomed Detached House with no issues at all. The team waited outside the new house until we had the keys and then unpacked the 2 vans again wtih no issues, everything went into the rooms as requested and I cannot recommend them enough, the customer service was excellent. There were no issues at all and made a very stressful time a lot more relaxed.

This is the second time Kev and his team have moved us and they provided the most stress-free part of the whole process (estate agents gave all the stress). Nothing is too much for them, no matter how many hundreds of boxes you face them with, plus a piano, a 7 foot table, a full size table tennis table, a large corner sofa...... Kev moved 3 pianos for us - each one was wrapped up and gently removed from the house and place in the van where they were carefully fastened. I was so impressed with the professionalism of their work - they understood how to take each piano apart and treated them with complete respect. I needed to get 3 quotes as the company were paying for the move, and I always want to use local companies where possible. Kevin made a great first impression and was as professional as the bigger companies. His quote came as the cheapest (result!) and his crew on the two day move were equally professional, considerate and (what was a suprise) so friendly that it seemed strange not to have them around after the move! Kevin was kind enough to do a site visit as access to the new house is tricky; and arranged the vans accordingly so that there was no hassle on the day. They also moved us on a Saturday so that we had the weekend to get things sorted. All in all, a great company highly recommended. Thanks guys!
