M.It is my first big house move and I needed a place to store my stuff. I wasn’t sure what size would be most suitable for all my stuff to fit in. Hayley was so pleasant and helpful. She showed me two sizes and explained whole process. Storage is clean. Accessible 24/7. Great customer service. Definitely worth recommending

The staff are excellent. They go through all the safety & security details and then your off to store your stuff.
Plenty of parking out front. Free use of trolleys & pallet trucks.
The lifts are right at the front, a few meters from the parking bays.
Really good access to the units aswel.
Security is good, all the units alarmed and option of double locking.

T. G.Can't speak highly enough of the service. Friendly on the first contact, good suggestions on unit size and options from Hayley. Easy to arrange the contract and move in. Lots of supplies in store to pack my stuff and easy access. Later I had to ask for more room due to delayed house move - no problem - new unit found that day! (Even though I had to ask three times where it was cos I forgot the number twice!) Both units clean and secure, staff always helpful EVEN when i got stuck in the unit on a Saturday night and had to call the helpline! Definitely will use them again for storage solutions.
r.Moving house can be stressful, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The tools they provide to help you move your stuff into storage was brilliant and the unit itself was very specious (fit a 2 bed worth of stuff in it no problem) and very clean.

Really friendly service and very personalised. I booked a unit and underestimated how much furniture i had so asked for a larger unit in a hurry and they made it happen, no hassle. Now that im moving into my new home i messaged them and even the reply email was personal warm and friendly remembering me and my partner and wishing us both the best in our new home. The unit is extremely secure day and night. Nobody goes in or out without them knowing. 👍👍👍👍

I used Storage King a few years ago and am now a returning customer. Mark and Hayley couldn’t do more to help. The added bonus of van hire for just fuel cost (and refunded deposit) has been great when moving furniture too!

D. W.Be aware of hidden price which no one tells you about until you need to pay. The person that we was signing the contract with didn’t inform nor asked us about the insurance. He just told us to pay. Also remember to have a padlock otherwise they will charge you another £8 extra.
The storage itself looks clean, and you can access it 24h.

Every visit we made to the facility, we have found it to be in an extremely clean and tidy state, as well as always having plenty of trolleys or sack trucks to use.

Taking into account that my previous business premises was with Regus in Milton Keynes, my experience with Storage King Derby is really great! Units are great with free wi fi internet and even electricity in some of the units I couldn't have asked for more. My stock has been kept safe and reception guys are always there to assist you with any question or problem. I would mention by name, Richard and Mark they are always thoughtful and courteous and ready to assist you in every way. Well done and thank you to them.
