This review is long overdue. I hired Meadows back in November 2020 to assist in shipping my belongings from Scotland to Canada. I really can't thank Kevin and his team enough for their professionalism, care and patience in the process. I was really nervous about my move and about finding a removals company that I could trust. There were no hidden fees, no surprises. Kevin was clear, honest and responsive. You can tell they actually care. I knew what to expect and how to prepare my belongings for the journey. Everything arrived in good condition. Highly recommend their services. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing service! I moved from UK to South Australia. Meadows did a great job from start to finish. Kevin was very friendly and professional and gave us some good advice on what we could and could not take, what needed to be cleaned etc. The packers were really great, working so quickly. In Australia our shipment arrived with in the estimated time and the guys on the other end did a great job delivering and unpacking everything. I would have no hesitation in recommending Meadows international to others.

I had a really good experience with Meadows Removals moving from Edinburgh to Atlanta. I shipped one large piece of furniture and several boxes/smaller items. Meadows Removals kindly stored items for me in their warehouse while I awaited confirmation of my moving date, they provided boxes and packing materials for me to pack myself and the guys who came to collect my boxes helped me redistribute items in the boxes to make sure they were packed as securely as possible which was very kind. All of the drivers who collected items from me were very friendly and helpful and David was very flexible, going out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and that everything was picked up when it was most convenient for me. The quote David gave me some 9 months before I moved turned out to be very accurate so there were no surprises with the price. The estimate in delivery time was also accurate. All of my items arrived as they were shipped, no damage, no issues. Would recommend!

I contacted Meadows Removals with an urgent request: I had five days in Glasgow to organise the removal of my remaining personal effects to Singapore, where I now live.Having gradually over three years taken things out with me but with the recent sale of my house in Glasgow I needed to remove the rest. I had disposed of furniture so the removal was not big, but needed to be collected during my brief stay. I contacted Meadows on Friday afternoon and my items were collected Tuesday morning - I was leaving Glasgow early Wednesday. Kevin was responsive, helpful, friendly and did exactly what he said Meadows would do when they said they would do it. I was impressed with the level of customer service and the price was better than I expected and my items arrived on time and in good condition, so based on my experience to date I would wholeheartedly recommend Meadows Removals for international removals.

David arranged to ship all of my belongings when I moved to Argentina. I can't fault the service at all and he answered all my questions and explained all the charges. Meadows stored all my things while I arranged my Visas etc, and then they packed and shipped everything when I called to say I had all the papers and was good to go. Where do I begin? That's what I said to myself when my Father told me he would be moving to The Australia, His best friend and wife had moved to Melbourne 5 years before and convinced his it was the ideal place for him to spend his golden years. Now all I had to do is figure out how to get his packed up and moved from Scotland to a foreign country. thank goodness I found Meadows Removals this amazing company. They came to my Father house and took care of EVERYTHING! Packaged everything carefully and professionally including furniture , paintings, dishes, silver, photos and even some larger furniture pieces he insisted he needed to have . Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition and in the time that was promised . I can't say enough about these guys! They were professional, friendly and all around amazing. I highly recommend them.

Great service from Kevin and his guys. Even when they were thrown a curve ball by my overseas agent Kevin made sure the service didn't falter. Gary and Michael are just machines, diligently wrapping and packing complicated items using proper packing materials. 2 days and they wrapped and emptied my Mums apartment ready to move to Thailand. Would gladly use them again as they are clearly an honest and professional team.

Delighted. Am surprised at several whining miseries leaving poor reviews here, who perhaps did not pack their items properly. I visited Scotland from New Zealand a year ago for the Rugby World Cup and to arrange for my past Edinburgh life's remaining possessions, being mainly small and delicate antique items, to be shipped across the seas from a relative's city home. I chose Meadows removals, knowing their high reputation from my 25 years of living in Edinburgh. Amazingly affordable, ideal delivery of robust T-chest cartons and subsequent uplift in the South Side. Documentation dealt with smoothly, with arrival of my seven large cartons in New Zealand during the anticipated month. Everything was found to be in perfect condition, with no sign whatsoever of consignment cartons bumped in transit. Proprietor David is reassuring and clearly highly experienced. I have no hesitation in recommending Meadows International removals...a no-frills, no unnecessary fuss company who get the job very satisfying done.

I had a very good experience shipping mostly clothes and small items (no furniture or breakables) twice in two years. David was very accommodating when our plans changed at the last minute and was able to store our items and then deliver to a different country.
