From the first contact through to the last box being off loaded it was a pleasure to deal with Precision Storage / Abbey Storage (in Perth) The initial assessment of our needs was handled very professionally and courteously by Russell who made us feel confident we were dealing with a company that could deliver. The quotation was received promptly and was one of the most competitive so based on the impact created during the home visit and the flexibility demonstrated we were happy to go ahead and place our business with Precision. Even though we had not officially locked in the day for the house move with our solicitors we were assured that our flit would be pencilled in until we could commit to the date and they would not take on other removals without contacting ourselves first. As it happened we were able to confirm and all was well with the initial date asked we asked for. There was no issues at all when it came to boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper and tape, all provided within the quotation, we probably exceeded the estimated number and carefully wrapped up our valuables and sentimental items which all appeared at the other end without a scratch. The team arrived on Moving Day -1 to get a head start and make the move as seamless as they could for the following day. As it turned out to be the 2 hottest days ever recorded in the UK it was going to be a tricky couple of days. However, Jamie, Stevie and Ewan all demonstrated remarkable resilience and good humour. They were excellent and I felt confident in their stoic the ever resolve to get the job done regardless of the ever increasing heat. Job done to everyones satisfaction including a last minute change to add a large and very heavy dining room table which was dismantled and rebuilt. I have no issue in recommending Precision Storage / Abbey Storage to anyone who has a house move and needs a great crew to assist and take away potential issues. Good work gents and thank you for taking of our belongings and bringing them safely to our new home

The removal team were excellent, so flexible when sudden last minute changes kicked in, and professional and extremely efficient. They cleared each room of furniture and boxes in record time, safely loaded onto the van and away. The extra drop-off to a storage unit made the best use of the space. The management at Precision are also the most helpful, understanding team as well and all deserve top marks for quality. Second move from store to flat went very smoothly as well with a friendly helpful management and super crew, whom I now feel I know quite well. Another move in a few weeks and wouldn't look to anyone else to do this kind of work. Highly recommend!

Precision removal are incredible! We were recommended them by a friend and so glad we went with them. We went with the full packing service and it saved us so much hassle. They arrived the day before to pack, then on the day they took everything else and we were out the property by 11am. They then unloaded at the other end and reassembled furniture for us. Moving house with a baby, a toddler, a puppy and stressed parents with new jobs is highly unadvisable. However if you are going to do it, use this company! So impressed with this company. We are not the easiest of clients - we had many questions and a complicated list of what-was-staying-and-what-was-going on the day - nothing was ever a bother and the guys couldn't have been more professional. They also automatically reduced the ongoing storage costs when they found we were storing less with them than we'd first specified. I even got advice from one of the guys on managing my back pain! I'd use this company again in a heartbeat. UPDATE. Everything delivered 6 months later looking exactly as it did when it left us. Precision really made our move hassle free. Guys were keen to get the van loaded and unloaded as quickly as possible to get us moved into new house, didn't even seem that bothered when they couldn't get the van parked right at the door, just wheeled the stuff down the street! Moving house is a stressful business and the team did everything possible to make things run smoothly.The company can also arrange all parking suspensions, even less stress.
