Highly recommended! Top Removals Edinburgh helped us move from all our things from a 4 bed room house to a new house in 1 day. They were fast, careful, polite and always checking in with me to see if everything was okay. For example, clarifying which items or boxes needed to go in which room when we didn’t have it clearly labelled. They explained details about the services like extra heavy items so that there was no misunderstandings. Would definitely use them again although I don’t plan to be moving again anytime soon! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! Thanks guys!

Last minute booking on the day of move. Great communication and professional service. Unavoidable delays due to traffic however, the guys kept me updated via text and phone calls throughout. Removals were done swiftly and at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

My experience was really good. Firstly the driver kept his word and was on time. There were also timely updates from his side. The van was neat and clean. I called Top Removals Edinburgh on Thursday afternoon for a service on Friday evening and they were more than happy to accommodate my needs, even though it was a very short notice. They asked me about the 2 addresses, how many items and what kind of items I will need moving, so they could text me the price. Further, they asked if I was living in a flat or not and if so what floor. It was a very cheap service considering the fact that the two houses are 30mins away by the bypass. Top Removals Edinburgh also texted me 30 mins before arrival, so I could take all my items outside. Also, Top Removals Edinburgh brought all the items inside the new house.

Originally I thought it would be very expensive as the property I was moving too was up two flights of stairs - however the price was very fair. Fantastic guys Top Removals Edinburgh has been absolutely fantastic with our move. They were professional, respected social distancing and always wore masks in the house. We received key pretty late - ~5pm and they patiently waited with us to unload their truck and set up our furniture (we had purchased the "late key" insurance). I would definitively recommend them to other customers.

I asked Top Removals to move a fridge freezer from Wallyford to Haddington. They gave me a fair price for it, and did it the same day, at the time agreed. The van was clean and had a lift. The man that came was friendly and helpful, and also very patient about the move as I hadn’t quite had time to move everything out of the way of its route to the kitchen before he got there. They offered to send two men but let me help with the delivery for a bit less cost which was great. Also it ended up being the fridge, a large kitchen unit and a big mirror which he brought for no extra cost. Plus advice on not switching the fridge on until it’s had time to settle…Plus moving my old fridge freezer to another address in Haddington (small extra charge). Altogether good service. Added to my contacts in case I need anything else moved!

Sufyan responded quickly and clearly to my request to deliver a new sofa, dispose of an existing sofa, and to relocate an extremely heavy sideboard into our garage. Hired for 1 hour to move a sofa bed locally within Edinburgh. Responded quickly by text to my request for a quote and the price was very reasonable, so I went ahead same day. Driver turned up on time, van nice and clean and he was very careful and professional helping me to load and unload the sofa bed carefully at each end of the job. Sufyan helped me transport a disassembled kitchen from Peebles to Prestonpans on a snowy January day. He made himself available at short notice and arrived punctually.
