Let down by 3 other companies in the run up to my move, Alpha Pack and Go saved me big time, taking my booking the day before my move on a holiday weekend! Can’t thank the team enough. Very friendly and professional. Fast responses to e-mails sent to the office and answered every phone call or text I made. One team and van turned up and loaded, and the other van showed up just as the first was full to help speed the move along. Professionally wrapped all my wardrobes and drawers and even wrapped the couch to ensure no damage occurred! Unloaded all items into the required rooms, most of which were upstairs. The estimators were polite and very professional. They arrived early for our appointment, had 3 guys working and they got right to work upon arrival. Wrapping was superb loading was fast and everything right on schedule. I will highly suggest them to anyone for their move.

I can only speak from my own experience. They dismantled my bedroom unit and another small wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom, dismantled my marble fireplace. (very heavy) lifted my flooring and re-assembled everything in my new house. They also placed furniture where I wanted it. I feel they went beyond what other companies would do and throughout it all they were very cheerful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Everything about this move was perfect! This was the only moving company that followed up with me after I requested a quote...and they kept in touch until the morning of the move. They had a team of 4 people who each had work to do and I swear they emptied the old apartment in less than 30 minutes! Everything was disassembled and wrapped or boxed.
