We chose Clockwork for a move last weekend - one house moving to two for my daughter and us . I have to call out Willie who ran the whole thing faultlessly. Everything was done when they said it would be to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and the list of what they won’t do is tiny ( obviously patio gas, lawnmower fuel and open paint but a much smaller list than we’ve found in the past ) Not a single thing is broken - and lovely guys to deal with . I found the whole process of working with the team at Clockwork smooth and efficient - including the survey to gain a quote, through to the admin support. Any queries were answered quickly and clearly and my requests were discussed and acted upon. The team who actually moved me were hard-working and cheerful. This is the 4th time we have used Clockwork to pack and move our belongings. On this occasion it was from a 6 bedroom house and garden with huts. Clockwork are not cheap for sure but they are very good at their job and plan the move to suit the customer's needs. Reliability is a key word and their time keeping is first rate and sometimes beyond the call of duty.On our move day the men came at 10am to finish off with a light load just to get us started before the main load came the next day. We didn't get the keys to move in till 4pm and the men didn't get home until 11pm. Our experience with the removal men has always been 1st class. They are pleasant, kind, helpful, courteous and always willing to satisfy the customer.

From start to finish, everything went like clockwork, justifying the company's name. One of the packers, Tam, was excellent, proving protection for all our crockery and glassware. The whole team worked efficiently, arriving on time and completing the job with no delays. We would highly recommend the company.

This company was higher end pricing but they were upfront and honest about the costs and the reasons for them- travel/ distance etc. However, I was really happy with my initial video call with Gavin and the follow up communication. They seemed really trustworthy and professional. The (small) move went really well and they assembled my Ikea furniture back together in no time. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have used Clockwork a number of times over the years, and yet again they moved us on an international move to the US without a hitch. The salesman was very through and explained the international process with us in great detail. The Clockwork team arrived at our house in a company van that was in good repair and has the company logo on the side. The packers and movers were very polite and respectful of our belongings. They packed us up on the first day and loaded everything the following day to be transported to the States. Our belongings arrived as promised with only a slight delay at Customs. It was great doing business with you, highly recommend this company!

Very good service from Clockwork. Arrived when stated, all furnishings packed up very securely. We had a piano moved and it was done with no trouble at all. No damages to any of our items. We engaged Clockworks to move us to our new home on 14th September. We had not moved for 22 years so we’re quite nervous about the whole process. From the very start Clockworks were very professional and very efficient. They told us what to expect and even though they were packing for us, they dropped off wrapping materials and boxes for our own use beforehand. The whole removal took 4 days in total and from the very start it was a seemless and easy process. The guys arrived with big smiles, all introducing themselves in turn. They worked away methodically, were very polite, nothing was too much trouble and even kept an eye on us to see that we were okay. They were very aware of how stressful a process this can be and their empathy and patience was unexpected but very, very welcomed. Any problems were seen as a challenge not to be defeated by. We have nothing but praise, admiration and thankfulness to Clockworks for a job well done. You went above and beyond the call of duty and we can not recommend you highly enough. Your customer service is exemplary. Thank you.

Initially, I thought I could manage the move myself. Hire a van, put some time aside, job done. Thankfully, I saw sense, and after getting a few quotes, went with Clockwork. The price if I'm honest, took me by surprise as I thought it was quite steep, however at the same time as I was getting quoted by Clockwork, some friends who lived nearby had gone with the 'two men and a van' solution for a few hundred pounds, and ended up with a nightmare on their hands. This convinced me to go with Clockwork, including their packing service. Tam and Sol turned up on the Wednesday and spent the day packing, and whilst I didn't pay much attention at the time as I was sorting other things, it's when I came to unpack on the Thursday night / Friday that I realised how much care and attention they'd given to the packing, especially the fragile / valuable items. Everything was double wrapped and packed tight, and there are zero breakages. The two of them worked tirelessly throughout. My only thought from that, is that it would have been better to have had some of the boxes loaded that day if possible to save time on the full pack the next day. On the actual move day, Raj, Sol and another lad (Can't recall the name, sorry!!) turned up on time and got stuck straight in. Again, as seen on the Wednesday, the work ethic is excellent, and whilst all three were great, I have to stand Sol out as working his backside flat out throughout and showing real care and consideration for everything he was doing. It was 1845hrs give or take, before the unloading at the other end was done, but even though everyone was frazzled, they still took the time to check that I was happy with everything and if I needed anything moved. Even when I tried to make it easy for them by offering to let them dump everything in the garage of the front room, they still insisted on putting boxes where they should be. So in short, reliable, punctual and excellent at their job and having had initial reservations about the price, you get exactly what you pay for, which is hassle free moving. I also went to their office as I'm local, and queried the number of 1 star reviews, but they clarified that this was a malicious action by other persons, and I found the same reviews over several removal firms Google Business pages, so you can disregard them - especially after what I've seen from them.
