Amazing! Can’t recommend enough! Robbie and Connor were fantastic. They worked quickly but also made time to chat with me and my parents. They really put us at ease and made the moving process less stressful. I have some extremely heavy pieces of furniture and they moved it carefully and without complaint. First of all, Green Move quoted me with a very reasonable price and were £100 cheaper than some of their competitors that I contacted. They were happy to answer any questions I had throughout my packing process and gave me some good tips too. Excellent communication from Jackson who helped me navigate booking a full house move. Robbie and Connor could not have been nicer and efficiently moved all of our heavy items from a second floor tenement flat. All of our items were so well packed and cared for. Unfortunately our move didn’t go to plan but we had purchased the key wait waiver as Jackson recommended when we updated him we were having issues. Connor and Robbie waited until 5:30 then packed everything into a storage unit for us. It was a stressful day made better by a genuinely friendly, caring service. However, Steven, Roddie, Mark and Scott were a delight to do business with. They guided us through the process from start to finish and advised us of what’s possible and how they would work. Really can't recommend this company enough. I got a few quotes from a few different places before booking and whilst Green Move weren't the absolute cheapest of them all, they weren't far off. To add to that, the cheapest quote I received had some reviews that were terrifying so I knew if I went with Green Move I was paying a little bit more to get a great service and not have to worry about getting stung on the day. Despite being a Sunday morning, the guys arrived bang on time and set straight to work. They were very efficient but careful with all my stuff, even the stuff that wasn't marked as fragile. They made good time driving from Glasgow up to Dundee and despite the fact the sofas were a nightmare to try and get in to the flat, they had the tools to disassemble them properly and never complained about the extra time it took as a result. Overall, a faultless experience and very pleasant to deal with as well. Good communication throughout. I'd definitely use them again.

(Loved the blog post about re-wilding wolves!) They moved all the furniture and boxes from our 3rd floor tenement flat in Glasgow (ooft - stairs!), drove to Buckinghamshire, and the next day delivered half our stuff to our new home and the other half to storage. They say that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do. Well, if that is true then moving house during a pandemic, with a 6 month old baby, and working to the tightest of deadlines, must be even more stressful. Yet this highly professional, helpful, friendly team made the actual moving aspect actually a pleasant experience. They arrived promptly and communication was excellent throughout. I could not say anything negative at all about my experience and would not hesitate to recommend them! When I first contacted GMR I requested a quote for furniture removal only. They provided a competitive quote almost immediately. I then sought to change this, adding in 20/30 boxes and they accommodated this without any issue whatsoever. Then once again, as mkve drew closer and our requirements changed, I once again sought to change the terms adding even more boxes. Another quote was given, again almost immediately, with no issue whatsoever. The flexibility and professionalism, the friendliness and meticlousness this team showed really was second to none in what was not the easiest of moves (from a second floor tenement to a raised level mid-terrace). The precision and discussion, yet speed at which they carried out every aspect of the move was really very impressive. They have been excellent. They moved my things from Glasgow to Dublin. I had household and furniture in my Glasgow flat and books and other decorative items in my Glasgow office and they had to be shipped to a flat and a new office in Dublin respectively. The whole action had to be organised and decided in various stages and it was dependant of a number of variables. We started planning a good month in advance, if not more, and they turned up punctual the day we had decided and as planned brought my items to Dublin the next day. Last but not least, I was present only in Glasgow and only managed to get to Dublin at a later time point. So they dealt with other people in Dublin who kindly helped to receive the items on my behalf. All in Covid time. I dealt with Steven all the time and I can only say good things. He took the time to listen to my needs and we organised everything in the best suitable way. We phoned a number of times to update on the preparations and they provided me with appropriate boxes for the considerable amount of books I had in my office. They have been personable, precise, punctual, efficient, professional, nice, kind, and customer focussed. I honestly could not have asked for more. All for an absolutely reasonable price, which was agreed as soon as it became clear what was needed, and that was it. No last minute surprises. It was the lowest cost of a panel of quotes that I had consulted, whereby the highest of them was nearly 3 times what I had to pay with Green move. The price which to me (having made other removals) looked entirely reasonable, appropriate, and honest, was certainly part of the reason why I chose them, but, also because from the phone conversations I had with Steven he had made me a good impression of a reliable and professional person, and, all has been confirmed by the facts when the move took place. No question, if you are looking for a reliable company and don't want to overpay or last minute surprises, go with Green move :). So ..... needless to say I was very happy. Well done guys. Green Move were the absolute best from the very first point of contact through to aftercare following the removal. Honestly I could not have picked a better company to do my long distance removal -especially as they had to deal with doing it during lockdown in Scotland. They were recommended to me by a friend who has moved umpteen times (as have I), and she said they were the best removal company she’d ever used, and I agree 100%. On my friends recommendation I changed my mind from the company I’d planned to go with to Green Move, and honestly, it was the best decision I made. My original move date had to be cancelled due to lockdown, and Green Move were there throughout answering any question I had - they were professional, fast, efficient, careful, respectful, friendly, responsive, caring, understanding, very polite and worked like absolute machines - they picked up the heaviest items with such ease and care. Nothing was broken during my move; that was a first for me, as normally something gets broken during a removal - but not this time. I cannot recommend Green Move highly enough; they are the best. If I ever move again (which I highly doubt) or I’d i require anything moving, they will be my first point of contact for sure. 10/10 - excellent!!

Excellent team/workmanship. Dougal and his brother are a great team, very professional and no questions asked and all ran like clockwork. Very grateful they took great care loading up van with some heavy and old furniture and carefully unloaded into a smaller house with new carpets plus it rained all day. All the guys at Green Move were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. They were careful and fast moving us from a top floor to top floor flat - which wasn't straight forward in itself - and put us at ease with what could of been stressful process. Would definitely use them again.

I got these boys out for a housemove for my mum. There was a major issue at our end because the buyer of my mums house had to pull out becausenof a delay with her lawyer on the day of the move. The lads at green move couldnt have been any nicer about it. They went over and above anything we could have expected from them. They held onto the stuff for a few days whilst we sorted out the sale of her house. To say these boys are hard working is an understatement. Nothing was too much trouble and they done it all with a smile whilst calming down my 'emotional' mum with jokes and a good ol "dont worry Mrs Foy itll be fine". There are a lot of companys out there, its an absolute mine field of people to choose from but I am so glad I choose these lads. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
