M. R.I've stored my things with them on two occasions and been very happy both times. They have a good storage space, they're friendly and whenever I accidentally over-paid they sent the money back. I've never had any issue with them.
A. M.Great storage facility, units of all sizes so should cover most people’s storage needs. Used the facility for just under a year and my partner had used it previously 2014/2015. Staff are friendly and helpful, no pressure selling like you get from all the big chains, you buy the unit you need and not what someone wants to sell you, also if you do pick a unit that turns out to be a bit small, that’s not an issue as you can change to a unit that does suit. I would highly recommend GTW Storage and use their services again.

Only downside, their invoice tracking can sometimes be a bit behind, so make sure you keep receipts. That said, any issues have been cleaned up within an hour
D. M.Staff are great and very helpful have used this Storage unit twice. Only niggling thing is smaller units in the basement floor smell a bit damp and some Ikea furniture got a little bit ofe damp mould and all clothing stored in black bags had to be rewashed. If using over long periods you would need to invest in Vacum seal bags. Staff are great and very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend and if needing again will use in the future.

J. S.Really helpful, friendly and efficient service. Storage units are clean, dry, airy and very secure. Cannot fault their service. Was with them for around 2 years (a bit longer than intended! (my fault)). I emptied my storage unit piecemeal as time & available space at home allowed - with no problems - they have good opening hours. I also appreciated the availability of trolleys to move things to the loading area and the clean toilets.

The storage facilities come in various sizes and are priced accordingly so you only pay for the size of space you need. Very secure, clean, dry storage units. Parking available for loading and unloading. Would certainly use them again if I needed storage space.
