I cannot rate this company highly enough. The communication throughout was great. A home visit was done the day after I contacted them to see exactly what needed moved and the price given was great. The day of the move they sent 5 people who were there for 8:30am, dismantled beds, moved everything to the new house and rebuilt the beds. This took so much stress away. Fantastic company, cannot fault them and very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone

We used Hart Home Removals for our home move from our 3 bed, 3rd floor flat to a house in a different area, approximately 60 miles away. Of 3 quotes we received, Hart were the cheapest by a considerable margin. We were a little nervous after reading a few negative reviews on Google suggesting that the company may not be legitimate or suitable for a larger home move. However, the professional impression given by the office and during the consultation gave us the assurance needed to book with them. Every communication was dealt with promptly and effectively leading up to the move. We were asked for 30% deposit on booking which contradicted the statement on the website that no payment was required prior to moving. However, an updated invoice was provided immediately after payment. On the day, the porters were friendly, courteous, conscientious, and capable. They worked like Trojans and went the extra mile to ensure that our move went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. In response to previous reviews, the van that was used for our move was all marked with Hart decals. Overall, our moving experience was stress free and a huge part of that was down to Hart. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Hart again and we would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat!

Couldn't have had a better experience with this moving company. Regularly went above and beyond. Quick and efficient in removing our belongings from property including dismantling and then rebuilding large furniture. The two gentlemen were very friendly and easy to talk to also. He even arranged safe, affordable storage as there was a 4 week gap between leaving the old house and occupying the new one. The removal itself was smooth and hassle-free. I was introduced to Martin at Hart Home Removals through a friend who used him last summer and I have to say my move couldn't have went any smoother. I was a bit behind with the packing on the day but even that wasn't a problem. His team helped me pack the remaining boxes up all at no extra charge even though I offered to pay extra. Whilst I was leaving this review I noticed some negative reviews and I don't know their circumstances but I could not fault Martin, Christopher and Jack on the day. Thank you and I will definitely recommend you guys.

Hugely impressed by commitment and helpfulness of Martyn and his team, who worked relentlessly over three days to move my elderly parents from their 5 bedroom family home of 35yrs on a high first floor to storage facility and a 2 bed flat; all under lockdown because of a house sale. They took care with PPE and social distancing; while still being efficient with planning and coordinating the team on dismantling, and loading/unloading, as well as protection of goods. The biggest thing for me was not only how committed they were to completing the job no matter how much of a toll it was, but also the good will displayed in being flexible (within reason!) when there are things you might not have been able to consider at the time of getting a quote for a really big job. Really good value for money, and I know I won't need to shop around next time I need removals.

Just used HHR to move a piano to a second floor tenement, although we didn't know in advance that it had very heavy "double iron" back on it.
