From first contact with KS Brian was brilliant a real can do helpful attitude. Upon arriving at Glasgow unit He went the extra mile with a smile We seriously underestimated our unit size but no problem too Brian We needed a much bigger unit plus a smaller one too All arranged with no fuss or problem whatsoever This storage is clean Well run Lots of trolleys Well lit Lots of parking Exactly what you’ll need. I have chosen to use this facility as they had a really good competitive offer. Michelle and Brian were really helpful and friendly. I have used another storage place but they had a penalty if you wanted to move to a smaller unit. There was no flexibility with that company. The trolleys are far superior and bigger and the storage unit is very clean.

Very friendly staff and great storage facility. They have good deals on the units and also gave a free 24hr van hire with unit we took, which was great help. Also has various trolleys on site, making it easy to get your things into the units.

I have used several storage facilities and I will say this is by far my best experience. The absolute best and most friendly customer service representative, bent over backwards to assist me. I didnt get to use the free van feature as I was coming from London but this is such a helpful feature and I'm sure its appreciated by all who use it. Will def use again if needed and reccomend to others.

It's a storage, it's easy to access, it's clean. I've chosen Kangaroo over three other storages I was quoting. The reason is because Kangaroo sent me one email with a price in it. The others kept sending me emails, being annoying. The storage has a weird system of holding a deposit, but I guess they have a reason for that. What I didn't like is that I can get storage for a minimum of two weeks, not one. But again, I understand that from a business view. So, five stars.

This is the 2nd time I have used Kangaroo Storage (Glasgow Shettleston Road branch) - most recently I used them to store items for my house move, and rented a unit for a few weeks. I cannot recommend Kangaroo Storage highly enough - every aspect of the service is spot on, the staff at the site are really helpful and friendly and are always on-hand to answer any questions / queries you may have. Excellent value for money too - I was quoted a fantastic price for my unit - at first I wasn't too sure that I would be able to fit all my items in a 50sq ft unit - however it's surprising how much you can actually get into one of these things! I was advised that I would be able to upgrade (At a cost) to a larger unit, if need be - as I say, nothing is a problem to the staff onsite, they provide a brilliant service - and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my storage needs. The units themselves are clean and tidy, as are the corridors / loading bay facilities. It is obvious that the staff take care of the premises. Keep up the good work Kangaroo Storage - very impressed with the level of service received, would definitely recommend the Shettleston Road branch to anyone who is looking to rent a storage unit - you won't be disappointed. Absolutely brilliant from the start to the end of my time using their services. Very clean and tidy and my stuff remained safe even after my removal company let me down by leaving stuff behind in my lock up with no padlock on the door. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful and helped keep me sane when I was worried about them being messed about because of the removal firm. I would recommend their services for any storage requirements.

After being totally ripped off by Safestore I tried Kangaroo. Amazing service, friendly staff and the prices were much cheaper. Don't even consider the other bunch.
