Sean and Fiona have been so incredibly helpful and nice to deal with. Moving is such a pain and interacting with people like them makes it so much easier. Cheers! Location is great, just off the motorway. Storage unit is exactly what you expect; clean, well ventilated, and easy to access. Trolley's and lifts make it painless to love items in and out. Dropoff are is also under a roof which is a big plus in sunny Glasgow. It might be a little dearer than other places but location, and friendly staff more than make up for it. Would recommend.

Very good customer service. Very easy description of how it all works and advice on the sizes available and how that would fit my needs. First visit was guided tour to where my locker was located. Only down side was that the Dongle was'nt fully explained and I did not realise it was for easy access to the exit doors. Otherwise five stars!

I used my storage unit at Charles St Glasgow for 9 years and the units were safe, clean and secure. The access hours are 7 days and convenient. From the start all the staff, especially Sean were very friendly and helpful, occasionaly phoning or texting messages to advise of any changes etc. I would recommend SAFESTORE to anyone.

Bit of a delay in reviewing, but used the SafeStore North in Glasgow for around 5 months, taking my stuff out in Nov 2021. The team were fantastic, great customer service and very keen to ensure you have the best experience! The whole experience has been delightful thanks to Sean at the Glasgow branch. I dealt with Sean on the phone while asking for a quote. He explained the whole process very thoroughly and was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. When I arrived at Safestore Sean got me set up with my account, showed me how to access the building, where trolleys and lifts are, and he showed me to the storage space I had hired, which was a great size and so easy to access. Once I was all set up with my account I grabbed a trolley and loaded up my boxes, within minutes they were locked away safely in my storage room. I had my goods in storage for 8 weeks, I was able to easily add more goods to the locker or retrieve an item if needed. On the last day a really nice man called Andrew took back my security key, he enquired if I was happy with the service, which I was, he thanked me for my custom and wished me all the best in my new home. A really professional operation from start to finish, Safestore you have some amazing employees with you in Sean and Andrew , I have worked in customer service for 30+ years, and they are both great ambassadors for your company. Thank you for a great all round experience....highly recommended x

Hi all I'm delighted with everything at Charles Street Safestore. I met Sean, Fiona, James and Andrew who are all friendly, polite and helpful! This storage unit has been invaluable as I moved home only to find my 'garage' was collapsing daily, so my items were stored for a good bit longer at Safestore than planned! I have used Safestore Glasgow North on a number of occasions and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The site is excellent, very close to the city centre and units and common areas always very clean and tidy. Will definitely use again!

Friendly staff and couldn't fault their support with my questions and help. The actual storage place though I wasn't very impressed by. Trolleys were useless and either not working or not large enough hold items. 4th floor wasn't ideal, not sure what I was expecting but it felt so far away from our van. Large lift got stuck on second trip between floors and we had to return to ground and use smaller lift which wasn't ideal. It was a real faff unfortunately to move things to this storage.

Friendly and fantastic service. All staff members went out of their way to be helpful and informed me of the procedures etc. when booking my furniture into a unit. They took the stress out of this part of my house move which I found re-assuring. I’m using the Safestore Self storage Glasgow North to store furniture etc before I move into my new house. I’d initially booked online and just guessed the size of the room I needed, Andrew from Safestore gave me a call and we talked through how much furniture and boxes I had and recommend a smaller size room saving me money which I really appreciated. When the time came to use the storage room Fiona talked me through everything, she was professional and friendly and made this part of moving house stress free. The facility is in a good location, it’s kept very clean and tidy, there are plenty of trolleys and two lifts to use. I would highly recommend, great storage place and friendly staff. Dougal Ross

The onsite sfae were alway able to help us with queries, chaning out storage spaces as we quicly realised how much space we actually needed and then made extending the rental period easy. I strongly recommend the safestore in Glasgow, G21 2PR. 1. The service is so excellent. The people are lovely. They tried their best to help me when I got into troubles. 2. The room is safe. The CCTV is operating and I have to register when I want to open my room. 3. It is very convenient for me to take the stuff on my own because I hold the room key on my own. 4. The room is well ventilated. Haha~ If you choose it, please wear more because it is so cold in the room. I stored my stuff there over a half year and my boxes were in good condition. Had a great experience at this safe store, both Sean and Ryan were very helpful and could recommend using this branch and dealing with the guys in there. Pricing structures for units were clear to me with straightforward discussions with guys in store which you want as a customer. I had a discussion with another branche elsewhere some time prior when considering a unit previously and I took business somewhere else as my attention was lost through the pricing structure being made and explained in an overcomplicated way which became frustrating especially as a business customer. However, this experience was straightforward at this branch and I will use again. A suggestion I would make would be for a couple of trolleys to be made available with the ''long sides'' of the trolleys ply boarded instead of the ''width ends'' being ply boarded. Would help limit the number of runs to take things back and forward to the lock up depending on what you are moving. Overall a great experience. Thanks guys.
