THE BEST STAFF EVER! Rachel is one of the nicest people I have ever met & the team is amazing! So accommodating. I rent a unit of them and nothing is ever an issue! Best landlords I’ve ever had! If your thinking about a unit do it here! It’s amazing!

Fantastic place to store, we used for a house move and everything was very secure and great because you can just drive up to your locker. The staff are great, our main contact was Rachel and she was so helpful and sorted everything for us, even when I changed my mind about the size we needed three times. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls, overall a great company to deal with and to store with highly recommend.

Excellent storage. Easily accessible but extremely secure. Great location next to the M74. Helpful staff and good introductory deals. Rachel and Ruari helped us with all our storage needs, and made our house move a lot less stressful than it would've otherwise been. Would most definitely use again.

Edited: I had an issue which turned out to be the doing of the Council. When I posted my original review Storage Vault asked me to get in touch which I did. I have just spoken to Derek who was very apologetic and explained the situation. Also offered me a good deal on any future storage, which was much appreciated. Absolutely recommend Storage Vault - very good service and extremely helpful.

Great facility. Units are competitively priced, clean, well lit and secure. Love the 24 hr access too. Simple and hassle free online booking system and the customer service is excellent - Sarah was very friendly and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend them.

Found storage vault very easy to deal with. Spoke with Heather who explained the process in regards to setting up account for getting a storage unit. Process was easy and straightforward and was completed from start to finish in just over an Hour once all the checks etc had been carried out. Heather was very professional and a great help. Cambuslang facility easy to locate and access off M74 Cambuslang/Tolcross exit.(tip - check on Googlemaps and streetview if you are unsure of access route) Pleasant staff. Setting up the storage contract is a seamless transaction - guided by helpful staff member (Darren) who also demonstrated how to use the security access system. Easy vehicular access to storage location, good load in access too. Very clean secure storage unit. All in all, I would recommend this company given my recent experience.

Great place for storage or run your business from the offices, right on the motorway, pity staff take up all the parking out front, one of our property refurbishment companies has just moved in here.
